Abstract

Μία συσκευή αερισμού (7), του είδους της μηχανικής αλέσεως και αναμείξεως μίας ποσότητος απορριμμάτων βιομάζας που βασικά αποτελείται από ανθρώπινα και/ή ζωικά περιττώματα, ημιυγρά οργανικά απορρίμματα, οργανικά απορρίμματα βιομηχανικής προελεύσεως υπό αποσύνθεση και παρόμοια, που πρέπει να υποβληθούν σε κατεργασία μέσω διεργασιών οργανικής ζυμώσεως ή άλλων παρόμοιων βιολογικών διεργασιών, και μία σχετική εγκατάσταση κατεργασίας επιτρέπει τον αερισμό μίας πλήρους ποσότητος απορριμμάτων βιομάζας κατά μήκος όλου του μετώπου μίας δεξαμενής (5) και επί όλο το μήκος της δεξαμενής, ανεξάρτητα από τις διαστάσεις αυτής της τελευταίας, και μπορεί να μεταφέρει και να κατεργάζεται τα εν λόγω απορρίμματα βιομάζας με τη μεγαλύτερη ευελιξία, η οποία περιλαμβάνει: ένα πρώτο βαγονέτο (8) κινητό επί του μήκους της εν λόγω δεξαμενής (5) τοποθετείται εγκάρσια στο πλάτος της δεξαμενής (5), που περιλαμβάνει πρώτα κινητήρια μέσα (AASX, AADX, APSX, APDX) για δικατευθυντήρια μετάθεση του εν λόγω πρώτου βαγονέτου (8) επί του μήκους της εν λόγω δεξαμενής (5)˙ ένα δεύτερο βαγονέτο (15) κινητό από το ένα άκρο έως το άλλο του εν λόγω πρώτου βαγονέτου (8), που περιλαμβάνει δεύτερα κινητήρια μέσα (TSX, TDX, 17, 18, 19, 20) για δικατευθυντήρια μετάθεση του εν λόγω δεύτερου βαγονέτου (15) από ένα άκρο στο άλλο του εν λόγω πρώτου βαγονέτου (8)˙ τουλάχιστον ένα στροφείο (21) συναρμολογημένο επί του εν λόγω δεύτερου βαγονέτου (15), του οποίου το επίπεδο περιστροφής είναι βασικά παράλληλο στο διαμήκη άξονα της δεξαμενής (5), που έχει μία διάμετρο τέτοια ώστε η περιφέρεια του στροφείου (21) να μπορεί να επενεργήσει επί όλου του βάθους της δεξαμενής (5)˙ και μέσα (51) για την περιστροφή του εν λόγω τουλάχιστον ενός στροφείου (21) κατά τη μία και κατά την άλλη φορά περιστροφής, όπου τα εν λόγω μέσα περιστροφής (51) συνδυάζονται με το εν λόγω δεύτερο βαγονέτο (15).
