Abstract
<p>Se proporcionan secuencias de aminoácidos de Cry1Da genomanipuladas que exhiben actividad insecticida para lepidópteros mejorada y un espectro de inhibición de lepidópteros ampliado en comparación con la toxina proteica Cry1Da de origen natural. Polynucleotide sequences intended for use in the expression of improved proteins in plants are also provided. Specific modalities provide compositions containing insect-inhibiting amounts of genomanipulated proteins, as well as plants, parts of plants and recombinant seeds that contain polynucleotide constructs encoding one or more of the improved genomanipulated proteins. </p>
