Abstract
Se proporciona un hidrato del hidrocloruro de agomelatina de fórmula(I),en la que X es CI, preparación, uso y composición farmacéutica del mismo. Dicho hidrato obtenido mediante el presente método tiene una solubilidad significativamente aumentada que la agomelatina, y por ello es más adecuada para fabricar formulaciones farmacéuticas.
