Abstract
Proporcionar un producto de chocolate relleno en el centro que contiene de forma estable de un material de centro y que tiene una textura para comer novedosa diferente de aquella de la cubierta de chocolate, y un método de producción de estas. El primer chocolate (8) que contiene 10 a 50% en peso de azúcar, O a 70% en peso de cacao en pasta y O a 40% en peso de leche entera en polvo y/o leche desnatada en polvo y que tiene un contenido de grasa de 30 a 60% en peso con base en su peso total se vierte en un molde cóncavo (9), y un molde convexo enfriado (10) se acopla con el molde cóncavo (9), por lo cual una porción de cubierta de chocolate (3) de un espesor predeterminado se como con un canal hueco (4) . Después se llena el canal hueco (4) con una salsa (6), el segundo chocolate (13) que contiene 10 a 50% en peso de azúcar, O a 70% en peso de cacao en pasta y O a 40% en peso de leche entera en polvo y/o leche desnatada en polvo y que tiene un contenido de grasa de 30 a 60% en peso con base en su peso total se pone en contacto con el borde externo de la porción de cubierta de chocolate (3), por lo cual se forma una porción de chocolate de fondo (5) para cerrar el canal hueco (4) de la porción de cubierta de chocolate (3).
