Abstract

1.- Proceso de remoción de manchas de ropa en máquinas lavadoras de eje vertical constituidas por un tanque (1) que contiene líquido de lavado en al menos un nivel de lavado y un tambor perforado (2) para contener la ropa e interno al tanque (1), caracterizado por comprender las etapas de:a- alimentar un líquido de lavado a una carga de ropa, manchada, contenida en el interior del tambor perforado (2), hasta alcanzar un nivel predeterminado, sustancialmente inferior al menor nivel de lavado y compatible con la carga de ropa;b- someter la carga de ropa sumergida en el líquido de lavado a por lo menos un período de agitación por un cierto primer intervalo de tiempo de agitación;c- mantener la carga de ropa sumergida en el líquido de lavado en reposo después de transcurrido un respectivo período de agitación y durante un primer intervalo de tiempo de reposo predeterminado, suficiente para que la temperatura del líquido de lavado alcance un valor necesario para posibilitar la activación de al menos una de las funciones enzimática y blanqueadora del líquido de lavado;d- someter la carga de ropa sumergida en el líquido de lavado a otro período de agitación por un cierto segundo intervalo de tiempo de agitación suficiente para proveer una cierta limpieza de la carga de ropa, pero insuficiente para provocar una caída relevante en la temperatura alcanzada por el líquido de lavado; y e- extraer el líquido de lavado de la carga de ropa.1.- Removal process of clothes stains in vertical axis washing machines consisting of a tank (1) containing washing liquid at least one level of washing and a perforated drum (2) to hold the clothes and internal to the tank (1), characterized by comprising the steps of: a- feeding a washing liquid to a laundry load, stained, contained inside the perforated drum (2), until reaching a predetermined level, substantially lower than the lower level of washing and compatible with the load of clothes; b- subject the load of clothes immersed in the washing liquid for at least a period of agitation for a certain first time interval of agitation; c- keep the load of clothes submerged in the liquid wash at rest after a respective stirring period has elapsed and during a first predetermined standby time interval, sufficient for the temperature of the washing liquid to reach a value necessary to enable activation of at least one of the enzymatic and bleaching functions of the washing liquid; d- subjecting the laundry load immersed in the washing liquid to another period of stirring for a certain second agitation time interval sufficient to provide a certain cleaning of the load of clothes, but insufficient to cause a relevant fall in the temperature reached by the washing liquid; and e- remove the washing liquid from the laundry load.
