Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método paraelaborar derivados 2-amino-2-imidazolina, guanidina o 2-amino-3,4,5,6-tetrahidropirimidina que tiene la estructura general: o los tautómeros de ellos, donde: (a) R1 es metilo, etilo, un grupo metileno conectado a R2 a través de un enlace sencillo de forma que R1 y R2 formen un anillo de cinco miembros o un grupo metileno conectado a R" a través de otro grupo metileno forma que R1 y R2 formen un anillo de seis miembros; (b) R2 es metilo, etilo, un grupo metileno conectado a R1 a través de un enlace sencillo de forma que R1 y R2 formen un anillo de cinco miembros o un grupo metileno conectado a R1 a través de otro grupo metileno de forma que R1 y R2 formen un anillo de seis miembros; (c) Z es un carbociclo o heterociclo saturado, no saturado o aromático, monocíclico o policíclico que contiene uno o más heteroátomos seleccionados de O, N ó S; y (d) R4 es uno o más sustituyentes en el anillo Z que contiene independientemente hidrógeno, alcoxi, alquiltio alquilo, alquenilo, amino, ciano, halógeno, hidroxi, nitro y tiol; (e) o una forma protegida, sal, sal farmacéuticamente aceptable, éster biohidrolizable o solvato de ellos;el cual comprende los pasos de: (I) preparar un intermedio que tenga la estructura general: donde (a) R es seleccionado del grupo consistente de metilo, etilo y benzilo; (b) R1 es metilo, etilo, un grupo metileno conectado a R2 a través de un enlace sencillo de forma que R1 y R2 formen un anillo de cinco miembros o un grupo metileno conectado a R" a través de otro grupo metileno de forma que R1 y R2 formen un anillo de seis miembros;...
