Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un compuesto deacuerdo con la reivindicación 1; en donde compuesto es un derivado de mevinolina de la fórmula I: en donde: R1 , es H, alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, u ORA , en donde RA es H; alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono; alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono sustituido por OH o alcoxi de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono; alquenilo de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono; o arilalquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono; R2 es alquilo de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono, cicloalquilo de 3 a 7 átomos de carbono, arilo, heteroarilo, cicloalquilo de 3 a 7 átomos de carbono-alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, arilalquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, o heteroarilalquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono; R3 es un radical de la fórmula (i), (ii), (iii) ó (iv): en donde: X1 e Y1 son (H,H), (H, OH) ó = O; X2 e Y2 son = O ó (R,R), en donde cada R es H, alquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, alquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono sustituido, o X2 e Y2 forman, junto con el átomo de carbono con el que están enlazados, un residuo carbo- ó hetero-cíclico de 4, 5, 6, ó 7 miembros,...
