Abstract
Un método para la regeneración in vitro de una planta Gossypium que comprende las etapas de: a) germinar una semilla para producir una plántula, b) aislar el tejido de región de transición desde dicha plántula; c) y regenerar una planta Gossypium fértil a partir de dicho tejido de región de transición.
