Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para convertir aceites vegetales, grasas animales, aceites comestibles residuales y ácidos carboxílicos en combustibles líquidos renovables, tales como bionafta, bioQAV y diesel renovable, para su uso en mezcla con combustibles fósiles. El proceso consta de dos etapas: hidrotratamiento e hidrocraqueo. El efluente de la etapa de hidratación contiene aromáticos, olefinas y compuestos resultantes de la polimerización de ésteres y ácidos en su composición. Este hecho se produce debido al uso de catalizadores parcialmente reducidos y sin inyección de agente sulfuro y permite la obtención de un bioQAV con calidad adecuada para su uso en mezcla con querosene fósil. Al mismo tiempo, el proceso genera, además de productos en el rango de destilación de nafta, querosene y diesel, parafinas lineales de alto peso molecular (con hasta 40 átomos de carbono).
