Abstract
RESUMEN La invención se refiere a un procedimiento de preparación de una fase hidrófila en una fase lipófila, que comprende: - una fase hidrófila que comprende al menos un (co)polímero hidrosoluble, - una fase lipófila, - al menos un polímero interfacial compuesto de al menos un monómero de fórmula (I): Fórmula (I) en la que, - R1, R2, R3 son independientemente un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo metilo, un grupo carboxilato y Z-X, - Z se selecciona entre el grupo que comprende C(=O)-O; C(=O)-NH; O-C(=O); NH-C(=O)-NH; NH-C(=O)-O; y una cadena de carbono que comprende de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, insaturado o no insaturado, sustituido o no sustituido, que puede incluir uno o varios heteroátomos seleccionados entre nitrógeno y oxígeno, - X es un grupo seleccionado entre alcanolamidas, ésteres de sorbitán, de sorbitán etoxilados, de glicerilo, y poliglicósidos; y que comprenden una cadena de hidrocarburo, saturada o insaturada, lineal, ramificada o cíclica, opcionalmente aromática.
