Abstract

La invención se dirige a una microcápsula y el método para la obtención de la misma. La microcápsula comprende un núcleo en forma de esfera lipídica recubierta por una película proteica, en donde la esfera lipídica comprende microorganismos esporulados y al menos un material de pared lipídico y la película proteica es una mezcla entre carbohidrato, material proteico y agua. El método de obtención de dicha microcápsula comprende las etapas de mezcla de componentes de la esfera, mezcla de componentes de la película proteica, la homogenización de la película proteica y el posterior recubrimiento por medio de la fluidización de la película proteica sobre la esfera lipídica.
