Abstract
Un aparato (1) para tratar un colchón de fibras minerales (10) que se mueven a lo largo de un plano y una dirección de desplazamiento (X), por detección y eliminación de defectos localizados (M), comprende: - un primer miembro de transporte (2), - un segundo miembro de transporte (3) colocado después del primer miembro de transporte en la dirección de desplazamieto (X) y separado de ella en dicha dirección por una zona de tratamiento (4), - un dispositivo (5) para detectar defectos localizados en el colchón de fibras minerales (10), al inicio de la zona de tratamiento en la dirección de desplazamiento (X), y - en la zona de tratamiento (4), un dispositivo (6) para eliminar defectos adecuados para eliminar, en línea, un defecto (M) detectado por el dispositivo de detección (5) al eliminar la parte del colchón que lo contiene.
