Abstract

El aumento del contenido electrónico del acristalamiento automotriz se ha expandido, desde sólo componentes montados en el vidrio, a componentes que forman parte permanente integral del vidrio. Un componente, que se está volviendo cada vez más habitual, es la cámara. El uso de sistemas de seguridad basados en cámara, que requieren un amplio campo de visión y un alto nivel de claridad óptica, está creciendo a rápida velocidad. A medida que la industria evoluciona hacia una capacidad completamente autónoma, aumentan tanto el número de cámaras como la resolución de las mismas. Al mismo tiempo, los parabrisas, en los que se montan muchas de las cámaras, están volviéndose más grandes y de formas más complejas. El parabrisas, como parte integral del sistema de lente de cámara, está lejos de ser óptimo. La luz debe atravesar capas de vidrio y plástico, lo que conduce a distorsión, atenuación, cambio de color y doble imagen, así como problemas de calibración. La invención mitiga los efectos del parabrisas sobre la calidad óptica al integrar la cámara en el laminado.
