Abstract

La presente invención ofrece la mayor de sus ventajas en las industrias que elaboran productos en serie, donde la versatilidad se ha convertido en un factor de competencia muy importante, pues necesitan fabricar productos de diferente tamaño en una misma línea de producción. El mecanismo provee ajuste del ancho en ambos extremos de las guías de encarrilado de forma paralela, simultánea e inmediata a la acción de un servomotor, para ordenar en múltiples filas objetos de dimensiones predefinidas las cuales pueden ser de ancho ajustable en un rango determinado. El modelo aplica para posicionado de recipientes y envases provenientes de una cinta transportadora; evitando a las industrias usar dispositivos con diferentes dimensiones de formato para realizar la misma función lo cual ocasiona mayores gastos en equipos, riesgos laborales por manejo de cargas, tiempos de producción nula y mantenimientos frecuentes. La propuesta ofrece la solución de ordenar en filas cualquier tipo de objeto, envase o recipiente; especialmente los utilizados en la industria de bebidas o productos alimenticios, así como en el sector de productos químicos y/o farmacéuticos.The present invention offers the greatest advantage in the industries that produce products in series, where versatility has become a very important competition factor, since they need to manufacture products of different sizes in the same production line.
