Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un sistema de gasificación de material carbonáceo mezcla de biomasa y carbón mineral que comprende: una tolva de alimentación (2), un dispositivo de alimentación (3) de la mezcla, una cámara de gasificación (7, 8) conectada a la tolva de alimentación (2) mediante un dispositivo de alimentación (3) de la mezcla, un ventilador de aire primario (6), un ducto de alimentación de la mezcla (5), una retorta (4), un refractario (12) del cenicero, una cámara de gasificación inferior de lecho fijo (7), una cámara superior de gasificación de lecho fluidizado (8), unas toberas de inyección (9) radiales dispuestas en la tapa (10) de la cámara superior de gasificación (8), un ciclón refractario con aletas (16), unas compuertas laterales (14) con manijas (15) y un ducto de salida (11) del gas de síntesis.
