Abstract

In particular, the processes and systems described in the present application can be used to efficiently and effectively liquefy methane from a hydrocarbon-containing feed gas stream, with the use of a first refrigeration system and a second system. refrigeration units using a first mixed refrigerant and a second mixed refrigerant. Additionally, the first cooling system and the second cooling system may be in fluid communication with a turboexpander and a separator.
