如图1-9所示,本实用新型所述的新型多功能电压力锅,由锅主体1和装置于该锅主体1上的锅盖2组成,其中,所述锅主体1包括带电控装置的外壳体11、装置于该外壳体11底部的且其上装置有发热装置和限温器的底座12及装置于该外壳体11内的内锅13,且所述锅盖2上装置有一可与所述内锅13端口配合扣置锁定而使锅盖2与内锅13可靠锁定的锁圈25和用于使所述锁圈25与内锅13处于锁紧或解锁状态的旋钮组件5及安全阀4、限压阀3,为使本实用新型结构更可靠、使用更方便、安全,所述锅盖2上还装置有一用于检测旋钮组件5是否将锁圈25旋合到与内锅13安全锁定位置的合盖到位检测装置6,从而使本实用新型在使用的过程中,当用旋钮组件5将锅盖2上的锁圈25与内锅13锁定时,使用者可通过该合盖到位检测装置6准确判断旋钮组件6是否已将锁圈25与内锅13旋合到位并安全锁定,确保其使用安全,有效避免了锅盖2与内锅13未安全锁定的情况下启动电控装置工作而导致人烫伤、浪费电源等意外事件的发生。并且为使本实用新型操作简易,且结构简单,可靠,上述合盖到位检测装置6包括可上、下活动地穿置于上述锅盖2上并位于上述旋钮组件5一侧的两端带挡边的铁芯62和套置于该铁芯62上的且其两端分别顶置于上述锅盖2和所述铁芯62的下端挡边上的复位弹簧63及凸设于上述锁圈25上的一内折边上的“Ω”形挡位61,上述合盖到位检测装置6通过上述旋钮组件5带动上述锁圈25转动、促使所述铁芯62翻越所述挡位61并在滑落到挡位61两侧时发出落地敲击声而检测到上述锅盖2的锁圈25与上述内锅13的操作到位状态。上述锅盖2包括与上述外壳体11的上沿铰接的外盖21及与其连为一体的中盖22和内盖23,且所述中盖22的外侧可与上述外壳体11相扣合,所述内盖23的边缘上嵌装有密封圈24,上述锁圈25可转动地连接于所述内盖23的边缘上。本实用新型采用将上述铁芯62穿置上述锅盖2的中盖22上和将上述复位弹簧63的上端部顶置于上述中盖22的内表面上。在使用的过程中,当上述旋钮组件5带动上述锁圈25向左转动时相应的带动上述挡位61同步转动,而由于上述中盖23是固定不动的,所以穿置于其上的铁芯62并不随锁圈25转动,致使上述铁芯62通过复位弹簧63的伸缩作用从挡位61的左边翻越到右边,此时上述锅盖2的锁圈25与上述内锅13的操作已处于安全锁定状态,并且该种结构的电压力锅又可通过上述挡位61的保护作用而使上述锁圈25不易因轻度震动发生移位而造成压力锅停止工作,进一步的增强了其结构的可靠性,同时由于上述铁芯62在滑落到挡住61右侧时会发出落地敲击“叮”的响声而让使用者清楚地得知旋钮组件5已旋转到位,此时的结构如图3所示;相反,当要打开锅盖2时,右转上述旋转组件5的同时相应的带动上述锁圈25右转,此时上述铁芯62通过复位弹簧63的伸缩作用又从挡位61的右边翻越到左边而使上述锅盖2的锁圈25与上述内锅13处于解锁开盖状态,此时结构如图4所示,因此其使用极为方便。为加强本实用新型使用的安全性,以达到本实用新型的进一步目的,如图2所示,上述锅盖2上还装置有一用于控制电控装置的电源通/断的并随锅盖2与内锅13所处状态同步动作的电控保护装置,所述电控保护装置包括装置于上述旋钮组件5一侧并与上述旋钮组件5形成间断式碰接的用于控制电控装置电源电路通/断的微动开关8,本实用新型采用将上述微动开关8装置于上述中盖22上,并与上述电控装置实现电连接,从而使本实用新型只有当旋钮组件5将锅盖2和锅主体1的内锅体13旋合到位时,即上述旋钮组件5将上述锁圈25与内锅13旋置处于锁紧状态时,上述旋钮组件5才能与微动开关8上的触点相碰接,此时锅主体1上的电控装置处于通电状态,才可启动该电控装置上的各个功能运作;而锅盖2上的锁圈25和内锅13合盖未到位或开盖时,上述旋钮组件5无法与微动开关8上的触点碰接,整个锅主体1处于断电状态,其电控装置上的各个功能无法运作,锅内不加热、也不上压,进一步的确保了用户在使用中的安全,而且本实用新型结构简单、易于制造、操作简易、生产成本低。上述旋钮组件5包括装置于上述内盖23上的支撑装置232及其上部穿置于所述外盖21轴套及中盖22穿孔中的且其内端部套接于所述内盖23支撑装置232上的转轴52及装置该转轴52外端部的手柄51和装置于该转轴52底部的并位于内盖23和中盖22之间的与上述锁圈25相连的连杆54,且所述转轴52的中部还装置有一可随该转轴52转动而与上述微动开关8触点间断式碰接的横杆53,上述锅盖2通过所述手柄51带动上述锁圈25转动而与上述内锅13形成锁紧密封或开启状态。上述支撑装置232可定位于整个内盖23上的任意位置。并且为减少本实用新型的生产成本及延长其使用寿命,以达到本实用新型更进一步的目的,如图5所示,上述连杆54的外端部设有一朝下的插柱541,上述锁圈25上相应的设有可供所述插柱541穿置的插槽252,上述锁圈25通过所述插柱541穿置于所述插槽252中而与上述连杆54连接、并随上述旋钮51的同步转动。为更进一步的加强其使用的安全性,上述锅盖2上还装置有一限压开盖保护装置7,该限压开盖保护装置7包括装置于上述内盖23靠近边缘上的阀座71及贯穿在所述阀座71中的浮子阀73和一体成型于所述锁圈25上并位于所述浮子阀73一侧的横向止挡块72,所述限压开合装置7通过所述浮子阀73被气压上顶挡置于所述止挡块72的一侧而使上述锁圈25不能转动以确保形成上述内盖23与内锅13的可靠锁定状态。在使用的过程中,当内锅13内的气压达到5KPa时,上述限压开盖保护装置7开始启动,锅内的气压将上述浮子阀73顶起时挡置上述止挡块72的右边位置,此时所述锁圈25和手柄51已无法再旋转,所述锅盖2通过所述锁圈25而与上述内锅13可靠地锁定在一起,以达到安全使用的作用;当内锅13内食物煮熟后,电控装置上的保温灯亮,此时,上述浮子阀73自动落下,表示锅内气压已差不多完全排完,上述锁圈25上的止挡块72因无浮子阀73挡住而可随旋动手柄51转动,当旋转手柄51右转到开的位置,上述锁圈25与内锅13端口已解锁,此时按下锅主体1上的按钮即可打开外盖21,使用极为方便,且安全、可靠。并且,上述内锅13和锁圈25的扣合方式可根据使用者的需要任意设计,本实用新型采用在上述内锅13端口一体成型有多个外凸扣钩131,并在上述锁圈25的底部环设有多个可与上述内锅13扣钩131相扣合的内折扣钩251,上述内盖23通过上述手柄51带动上述锁圈25转动并使其上的扣钩251与内锅13端口的扣钩131的旋合卡置而与内锅13可靠锁紧,并通过密封圈24完全与内锅13端口密封,以免造成漏气现象。为更进一步的加强本实用新型的结构可靠性和使用的安全性,如图6-图7所示,上述密封圈24为外侧带卡凸241的胶圈,上述内盖23的边缘上相应的设有可容置上述密封圈24的带卡孔231的沟槽,上述密封圈24通过其各卡凸241分别卡置于所述沟槽上的相应卡孔231中而可靠地嵌装于上述内盖23的沟槽231内。而且当锅体内压力达到排气压力极限时,上述密封圈24上的卡凸241在锅体内压力的作用下发生一定的位移而使锅体内的气体通过上述卡孔231开始排气以缓解锅内气压,从而对电压力锅起到了进一步的安全保护作用。本实用新型的锅盖2和锅主体1是采用铁芯将其铰接在一起的。本实用新型设计巧妙、合理、使用安全、方便,且结构简单、可靠、外形美观、生产成本低、可满足广大消费者的要求。As shown in Figure 1-9, the new multifunctional electric pressure cooker described in the utility model is composed of a
