Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种小腿截肢术后,给残肢安装的义肢。它是用AAS塑料板1、螺钉2和树脂绷带3制成的义肢。它利用了AAS塑料板在不到100℃的温度就能变软塑形的特点。从而避免了目前制造义肢外壳需高温熔化后方能成型的环节。与此同时利用了树脂绷带在热水浸泡后,具有很好的塑形和粘结的特点,用它包绕义肢能很好地解决粘合牢固的问题。省却了不少设备和工序。因而使得制造义肢变得易于操作,设备简单,材料易找,方法易学。
Description
(一)技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种小腿截肢术后,给残肢安装的义肢。它是用AAS塑料板(1)作外壳制成的义肢。
(二)背景技术:目前,一般对小腿残肢安装义肢,其外壳的塑料一般均需高温熔化成液体后浇注在模上形成,然后再经多种工序加工完成。由于设备和工序复杂,因而只能在具有一定规模的假肢厂才能完成。且须不少时间。
(三)发明内容:本发明的目的就是为制造塑料外壳义肢时,提供一种能够不须高温熔化,而只须低温加热就能成型的方案。本实用新型由如下方式实现:
制造材料由(1)普通石膏绷带(2)树脂绷带[2](3)石膏粉(4)长20cm--30cmφ16ccm的镙丝(5)3mm厚度的AAS塑料板(6)袜套衬垫等组成。其中利用石膏绷带见水后的可塑性,快速对残肢进行造模(凹模)。利用石膏粉见水后快速变硬的特点灌注凹模造出凸模(形同残肢)。再利用AAS塑料板加垫后易塑形的特点,围绕凸模造出义肢。最后利用树脂绷带在70℃以上水温中浸泡后能变得非常柔软,冷却后却具有坚韧的特点,包绕义肢外壳将其牢固固定。

(五)具体实施方式:首先用石膏绷带缠绕小腿残肢至髌骨下缘造模,约半小时后趁石膏未干时把模脱下,此为残肢凹模。然后用石膏粉与水搅拌成糊状,灌注在此模上造出凸模代替残肢,将此模套上多重袜套衬垫。再将预先按凸模形状裁剪好的AAS塑料板经加热变软后,包裹在凸模上,外面再用树脂绷带缠绕固定牢固。冷却变硬后在其底部钻孔,配上选好长度φ16mm的镙丝,假肢即告完成。

AAS塑料全称为丙烯晴--丙烯酸脂--苯乙烯聚合物。呈微黄色;可着色,具有优良的耐环境应力开裂性,在很多应用场合可以承受长期的静或动的负荷,在100℃内不变形,具有良好的抗静电性,积聚的静电荷能很快释放。但不耐有机溶剂。片材能进行真空快速成型而无应力变形。片材成型加热温度可在80℃~90℃。冷却后定型。适应于制造表壳、安全盔、机壳、家具等,室外置放二年仍可弯曲不断,耐气侯性能好。[2]树脂绷带为丽珠牌,由珠海丽珠集团出品。目前多应用于创伤骨科,它为网眼状,质硬、坚韧。钢度好,在70℃以上水温中浸泡后变得非常柔软,且具有很好的粘性,经塑形缠绕后即粘结牢固,再也不能拆开。

1、一种由AAS塑料板(1)、镙钉(2)和树脂绷带(3)组成的义肢,其特征在于外壳是由AAS塑料板制成的义肢。
2、依权利要求1所述的义肢,其特征在于由AAS塑料板组成的义肢外壳,其外面的固定用的是树脂绷带。
