Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种不燃烧的吸烟装置。其特征是由烟管1及电池盒体10组成，电池盒体上设置一电热腔8及相通的插孔6，电热腔内设有一电热元件9，烟管1与插孔配合联接。本实用新型的优点在于：烟草不直接燃烧，不会引起火灾，无灰尘，无裂解产物，烟气中的有害成分大幅下降，同时又满足了吸烟者的生理要求，只须提供烟丝，可以减少大量的包装费。

本实用新型设及烟草领域，特别是一种不燃烧的吸烟装置。
背景技术：
目前，人们吸食卷烟的通常方法是直接点燃卷烟，让烟草直接燃烧，吸食烟草燃烧后的烟气。这种直接燃烧烟草的方法，烟草的燃烧按照温度的高低，有热解裂解和蒸馏，烟气中的大多数有害成分都是在烟草高温时热解裂解时产生的，而蒸馏所产生的烟气的有害成分是非常少的。另外，现在大多数高档卷烟的包装费已经是烟草产品的主要成本。针对上述问题进行广泛检索，尚未发现有与本实用新型相关的技术解决方案。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对已有技术中存在的不足而提出的一种新的吸食蒸馏烟气的吸烟装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了如下技术解决方案：
一种不燃烧的吸烟装置，其特征在于它是由烟管及电池盒体组成，所述的烟管中设有盛放烟丝的空腔及与其相通的烟道；电池盒体上设置一电热腔及相通的插孔，电热腔内设有一电热元件与电池盒体的电源相联，烟管一端与电池盒体中的插孔配合联接。所述的烟管也可以是两个半圆的对称结构，它们用铰链联为一体，在其接合面上设有起密封作用的橡胶膜。还有一种方案是所述的烟管端部设有与烟管相垂直的烟斗，烟斗与电池盒体上的插孔配合联接。
本实用新型的优点在于：烟草在电热元件产生的400℃以下进行蒸馏，没有直接燃烧烟草，不会引起火灾，没有灰尘，没有裂解产物，使烟气中的有害成分大幅下降，又满足了吸烟者的生理要求；烟草企业不须卷制和包装，只须提供烟丝，可以减少大量的包装费。

实施例1：
如图1所示的是本实用新型所述的不燃烧的吸烟装置的结构示意图，电池盒体10中装有电池12，由盒盖11封闭。电池盒体的右上方设有电热腔8，其中设有电阻丝(即电热元件)9与电池联接，电热腔设置的封套7是为了保护电热腔不被烧坏。在电热腔8的左侧设置一插孔6与其相通。烟管1设有烟道2及盛放烟丝5的空腔3。烟管1为两个对称的半圆管结构组成，如图2所示，两个对称的半圆管下部设有铰链4将它们联接，在其接合面上设有起密封作用的橡胶膜1a。使用时在烟管空腔3中填满烟丝后，将其右端插入电池盒体的插孔6中，其左端用搭扣13与电池盒体10联接固定。
实施例2：如图2所示的是实施例1的变形，即烟管1a的端部设有与其相垂直的烟斗3a，它插入电池盒体的插孔6A中，电池盒体及电热腔和插孔位置作相应的变化。
Claims (4)
1、一种不燃烧的吸烟装置，其特征在于它是由烟管及电池盒体组成，所述的烟管中设有盛放烟丝的空腔及与其相通的烟道；电池盒体上设置一电热腔及相通的插孔，电热腔内设有一电热元件与电池盒体的电源相联，烟管一端与电池盒体中的插孔配合联接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的不燃烧的吸烟装置，其特征在于所述的烟管为两个半圆的对称结构，它们用铰链联为一体，在其接合面上设有起密封作用的橡胶膜。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的不燃烧的吸烟装置，其特征在于所述的烟管上设有与电池盒体相配合的搭扣。
4、根据权利要求1所述的不燃烧的吸烟装置，其特征在于所述的烟管端部设有与烟管相垂直的烟斗，烟斗与电池盒体上的插孔配合联接。
