Abstract
一种汽车吸能保险杠,是汽车的安全装置。它由表层装饰杠,蜂窝状吸能块及加固连接杠组成,结构独特的蜂窝状吸能块通过两端面的压缩变形可极大地吸收撞击能量,既加大了吸能变形区,减少碰撞作用力,又不产生反作用力,从而减轻汽车损失及人员伤亡。该吸能保险杠适用于各种汽车。
Description
本实用新型所涉及是一种汽车吸能保险杠，它是汽车被动安全的保护装置。
汽车行业已成为我国的支柱产业，目前社会保有量已达约1300万辆，随之而来的道路交通事故也时有发生。当汽车碰撞时，全部撞击力通过保险杠首先与被撞物(车)发生刚性撞击，因现有汽车安装的保险杠没有吸收撞击能量的功能，容易使事故双方造成较大损失和乘员伤害。
本实用新型的目的针对上述不足，提供一种吸能保险杠，它把汽车碰撞的刚性撞击变成柔性撞击，吸收撞击能量，加大吸能变形区，减少碰撞作用力，从而减轻汽车损失及人员伤亡。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的。汽车吸能保险杠由表层装饰杠，加固连接杠及蜂窝状吸能块组成，其特征在于表层装饰杠与加固连接杠之间设置有蜂窝状吸能块；表层装饰杠和蜂窝状吸能块通过螺栓、螺母与加固连接杠联为一整体。
表层装饰杠由金属或合成树脂材料制成所需型面体；蜂窝状吸能块由金属或非金属片材经成形及表面处理后粘结而成；加固连接杠由金属与非金属材料相结合制成型面体，它的型面曲线根据汽车车体型号不同而设计并吻合地安装在汽车的前方或后方。
本实用新型的优点在于蜂窝状吸能块由于其独特的结构形式，通过两端面的压缩变形能极大地吸收撞击能量，同时又不产生反作用力。

结合附图对本实用新型结构具体说明：一种汽车吸能保险杠，它由表层装饰杠1．蜂窝状吸能块2，加固连接杠3构成，在表层装饰杠1和加固连接杠3之间设置的蜂窝状吸能块2，其两端面由固定板4，螺栓5，垫圈6，螺母7与加固连接杠3联在一起；在制做表层装饰杠1时，将螺栓8固定在适当位置，通过垫圈9，螺母10将表层装饰杠1与加固连接杠3联结为一整体。

1．一种汽车吸能保险杠，由表层装饰杠(1)，蜂窝状吸能块(2)，加固连接杠(3)构成，其特征在于表层装饰杠(1)和加固连接杠(3)之间设置有蜂窝状吸能块(2)，通过固定板(4)，螺栓(5)、垫圈(6)、螺母(7)联结为一整体。
2．根据权利要求1所述的保险杠，其特征在于表层装饰杠(1)和加固连接杠(3)之间设置的蜂窝状吸能块(2)由金属或非金属片材经成形及表层处理后粘结而成，可设置一块或多块。
3．根据权利要求1所述的保险杠，其特征在于蜂窝状吸能块(2)的两端面平行于加固连接杠(3)，由固定板(4)、螺栓(5)、垫圈(6)、螺母(7)联结为一体。
4．根据权利要求1所述的保险杠，其加固连接杠(3)的周边外形与表层装饰杠(1)的内侧周边外形一致，并粘结为一整体。
