The embodiment of the disclosure provides a refrigerator, which can realize automatic opening and closing of a cover plate while avoiding the reduction of the tightness of a drawer.
According to the first aspect of the embodiment of the utility model, the refrigerator comprises a compartment, a drawer, a cover plate, a driving assembly and a driving assembly, wherein the drawer is arranged in the compartment, an opening is formed in the top of the drawer, the cover plate is arranged in the opening and comprises a rear side, a trigger part is arranged on the rear side, the driving assembly is arranged on the rear side cover plate of the compartment and comprises a sensing part, the sensing part is opposite to the trigger part, and when the drawer is pulled outwards, the sensing part is attached to the trigger part, and the cover plate is left in the compartment to open the drawer opening.
The driving assembly comprises a driving assembly, a first elastic part, a sensing part, a cover plate, a trigger part and a cover plate, wherein the driving assembly is further provided with the first elastic part, one end of the first elastic part is connected with the rear side cover plate, the other end of the first elastic part faces towards the drawer, the sensing part is arranged at the other end of the first elastic part, when the drawer is pushed inwards, the sensing part is attached to the trigger part, the first elastic part is pressed by the cover plate to generate elastic deformation, the cover plate is acted by the first elastic part towards the front side of the drawer so as to enable the cover plate to be closed, and when the drawer is pulled outwards, the sensing part is attached to the trigger part, the cover plate is acted by the first elastic part towards the direction close to the rear side cover plate so as to enable the cover plate to stay in the room, and the opening of the drawer is opened.
Optionally, the rear side cover plate is provided with a through hole, the driving assembly further comprises a supporting piece, the supporting piece penetrates through the through hole and comprises a first end and a second end, the first end extends forwards to the front side of the rear side cover plate and penetrates through the first elastic portion to be connected with the sensing portion, the second end penetrates out of the rear side wall of the rear side cover plate to form a fixing portion, the supporting piece can move forwards and backwards relative to the through hole, when the drawer is pushed inwards, the sensing portion is attached to the triggering portion, the supporting piece moves backwards relative to the through hole after being attached to the triggering portion, the first elastic portion is pressed by the cover plate to be elastically deformed, the cover plate is acted by the first elastic portion towards the front side of the drawer to enable the cover plate to be closed, when the drawer is pulled outwards, the sensing portion is attached to the triggering portion, and the fixing portion limits the supporting piece to move towards the direction of the drawer to limit the movement of the cover plate, and the opening of the drawer is opened.
Optionally, the driving assembly further comprises a second elastic part sleeved on the supporting piece and arranged between the rear side cover plate and the fixing part, wherein when the drawer is pulled out, the sensing part is attached to the triggering part, the second elastic part is extruded by the fixing part to elastically deform, and the cover plate is subjected to the acting force of the second elastic part towards the rear side of the drawer, so that the cover plate is separated from the drawer.
Optionally, an air duct is arranged at the rear side of the refrigerator, and the rear side cover plate is covered on the air duct.
Optionally, the drawer comprises a first wall extending along the front-rear direction, a second wall opposite to the first wall and extending along the front-rear direction, and a cover plate covering the accommodating space between the first wall and the second wall, and further comprises a first side and a second side opposite to each other, wherein the first side is in sliding connection with the top of the first wall, and the second side is in sliding connection with the top of the second wall.
Optionally, the cover plate further comprises a cover plate main body, a first flanging is arranged at the top of the first wall towards the outer side, the first side comprises a first horizontal part connected with the cover plate main body and contacted with the upper surface of the first flanging, and the first extension part is connected with the first horizontal part and extends downwards and is arranged at the outer side of the first flanging.
Optionally, a second flanging is arranged at the top of the second wall towards the outer side, the second side comprises a second horizontal part connected with the cover plate main body and contacted with the upper surface of the second flanging, and a second extending part opposite to the first extending part is connected with the second horizontal part and extends downwards and is arranged at the outer side of the second flanging.
Optionally, the cover plate further comprises a first limiting rib arranged on the inner side surface of the first horizontal part and/or the second horizontal part, and a second limiting rib arranged on the inner side surface of the first extension part and/or the second extension part, wherein one side of the second limiting rib is connected with the first limiting rib, and the other side of the second limiting rib extends downwards to limit the transverse movement of the cover plate relative to the drawer.
Optionally, the cover plate further comprises a third limit rib which is arranged on the lower side of the first extension part and/or the second extension part, extends towards the direction of the drawer, and encloses a sliding space for accommodating the first flanging and/or the second flanging with the first limit rib and the second limit rib.
The refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can realize the following technical effects:
Adopt the refrigerator that this disclosed embodiment provided, when the user outwards pulled out the drawer, the triggering portion that attracts laminating through the induction part of drive assembly and apron rear side, drive assembly makes the apron still stay in the room when the drawer is pulled out the room outside, and the relative motion takes place for apron and drawer, opens the drawer opening, and convenience of customers takes food. Compared with the prior art, the driving assembly is arranged between the rear side of the cover plate and the air duct cover plate, the related driving assembly is not required to be arranged between the cover plate and the drawer, gaps are avoided between the cover plate and the drawer, and the tightness between the cover plate and the drawer is improved.

As shown in connection with fig. 1-10, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a refrigerator including a compartment, and further including a drawer 1, a cover plate 2, and a driving assembly 3.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drawer 1 is arranged in a compartment, an opening 11 is formed in the top of the drawer, the cover plate 2 is covered on the opening 11 and comprises a rear side 21, a trigger part 22 is arranged on the rear side 21, the driving assembly 3 is arranged on the rear side cover plate 4 of the compartment and comprises a sensing part 31, the sensing part 31 is opposite to the trigger part 22, and when the drawer 1 is pulled outwards, the sensing part 31 is attached to the trigger part 22, and the cover plate 2 is left in the compartment to open the opening 11 of the drawer 1.
By adopting the refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the drawer 1 is pulled out by a user, the induction part 31 of the driving assembly 3 is attached to the triggering part 22 of the rear side 21 of the cover plate 2 in an attracting way, the driving assembly 3 enables the cover plate 2 to still stay in the interior of the compartment when the drawer 1 is pulled out of the compartment, the cover plate 2 and the drawer 1 perform relative motion, the opening 11 of the drawer 1 is opened, and the user can conveniently take food. Compared with the prior art, the driving component 3 is arranged between the rear side of the cover plate 2 and the rear side cover plate 4, the related driving component 3 is not required to be arranged between the cover plate 2 and the drawer 1, a gap is avoided between the cover plate 2 and the drawer 1, and the tightness between the cover plate 2 and the drawer 1 is improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the driving assembly 3 further includes a first elastic portion 32, one end of the first elastic portion 32 is connected to the rear side cover 4, and the other end of the first elastic portion is disposed towards the drawer 1, where the sensing portion 31 is disposed at the other end of the first elastic portion 32, when the drawer 1 is pushed inward, after the sensing portion 31 is attached to the trigger portion 22, the first elastic portion 32 is pressed by the cover 2 to elastically deform, the cover 2 is acted by the first elastic portion 32 towards the front side of the drawer 1 to close the cover 2, and when the drawer 1 is pulled outward, the sensing portion 31 is attached to the trigger portion 22, the cover 2 is acted by the first elastic portion 32 towards the direction approaching the rear side cover 4, so that the cover 2 stays in the compartment, and the opening 11 of the drawer 1 is opened.
The first elastic part 32 is arranged between the rear side cover plate 4 and the cover plate 2 of the drawer 1, the sensing part 31 is arranged at one end of the first elastic part 32, which is close to the cover plate 2, when the drawer 1 is pushed inwards, the sensing part 31 and the triggering part 22 are close to each other, the drawer 1 is pushed inwards continuously, the cover plate 2 pushes the sensing part 31 and the triggering part 22, the first elastic part 32 is extruded to deform elastically, and thus, the first elastic part 32 is expected to return to an initial state, acting force towards the front side of the drawer 1 is generated on the cover plate 2, and the cover plate 2 and the drawer 1 are tightly attached. When the drawer 1 is pulled out, the sensing portion 31 is in a state of being attached to the triggering portion 22, and the first elastic portion 32 is pulled forward, so that a force in the opposite direction is generated on the cover plate 2, and the cover plate 2 stays in the compartment to open the opening 11 of the drawer 1.
The sensing part 31 and the triggering part 22 may be magnets, and the magnets may be mounted in a attracted state, or one of the sensing part 31 and the triggering part 22 may be a magnet, and the other may be a magnetic metal, and the magnet and the magnetic metal are attracted to each other.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the rear side cover 4 is provided with a through hole 41, the driving assembly 3 further includes a supporting member 33, the supporting member 33 is disposed through the through hole 41, and includes a first end 331 and a second end 332, the first end 331 extends forward to the front side of the rear side cover 4, is disposed through the first elastic portion 32, is connected with the sensing portion 31, the second end 332 extends out of the rear side wall of the rear side cover 4 to form a fixing portion 34, and the supporting member 33 can move forward and backward relative to the through hole 41.
When the drawer 1 is pushed inward, the sensing portion 31 is attached to the triggering portion 22, the supporting member 33 moves backward relative to the through hole 41, the first elastic portion 32 is pressed by the cover plate 2 to elastically deform, the cover plate 2 is forced by the first elastic portion 32 toward the front side of the drawer 1 to close the cover plate 2, when the drawer 1 is pulled out, the sensing portion 31 is attached to the triggering portion 22, and the fixing portion 34 limits the movement of the supporting member 33 toward the drawer 1 to limit the movement of the cover plate 2, so as to open the opening 11 of the drawer 1.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the driving assembly 3 further includes a second elastic member, where the second elastic portion 35 is sleeved on the supporting member 33 and is disposed between the rear side cover 4 and the fixing portion 34, and when the drawer 1 is pulled out, the sensing portion 31 is attached to the triggering portion 22, the second elastic portion 35 is pressed by the fixing portion 34 to elastically deform, and the cover 2 is subjected to a force of the second elastic portion 35 towards the rear side of the drawer 1, so that the cover 2 is separated from the drawer 1.
In the above embodiment, when the drawer 1 is pushed inward, after the sensing portion 31 is attached to the triggering portion 22, the supporting member 33 moves backward relative to the through hole 41, the first elastic portion 32 is pressed by the cover 2 to elastically deform, and the cover 2 is forced by the first elastic portion 32 toward the front side of the drawer 1, so that the cover 2 is closed. The second elastic portion 35 is disposed between the rear side cover 4 and the fixing portion 34, when the drawer 1 is pulled out, the sensing portion 31 is attached to the triggering portion 22, the second elastic portion 35 is pressed by the fixing portion 34 to elastically deform, and the cover 2 is subjected to a force of the second elastic portion 35 towards the rear side of the drawer 1, so that the cover 2 is separated from the drawer 1.
Optionally, an air duct is arranged at the rear side of the refrigerator, and the rear side cover plate 4 is covered on the air duct.
When the air duct of the refrigerator is arranged at the rear side of the refrigerator, the rear side cover plate 4 connected with the driving assembly 3 can be used as an air duct cover plate to cover the air duct, so that the rear side cover plate 4 is fully utilized, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6 to 10, the drawer 1 includes a first wall 12 and a second wall 13, the first wall 12 extends along a front-rear direction, the second wall 13 is opposite to the first wall 12 and extends along the front-rear direction, wherein the cover plate 2 covers the accommodating space 14 between the first wall 12 and the second wall 13, and further includes a first side 23 and a second side 24 which are opposite, the first side 23 is slidably connected with the top of the first wall 12, and the second side 24 is slidably connected with the top of the second wall 13.
The accommodation space 14 is limited between the first wall 12 and the second wall 13, the cover plate 2 is covered above the accommodation space 14, the independence and the tightness of the drawer 1 are increased, the cover plate 2 is provided with the first side 23 and the second side 24, the first side 23 and the second side 24 are respectively matched with the tops of the first wall 12 and the second wall 13, the sliding between the cover plate 2 and the drawer 1 is realized, the opening and the closing of the drawer 1 can be realized, a complex matching component is not required to be arranged between the cover plate 2 and the drawer 1, the occupied space of the matching component is reduced, and the tightness of the drawer 1 is enhanced.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the cover 2 further includes a cover main body 25, the top of the first wall 12 is provided with a first flange 121 towards the outside, the first side 23 includes a first horizontal portion 231 and a first extension portion 232, the first horizontal portion 231 is connected with the cover main body 25 and contacts with the upper surface of the first flange 121, and the first extension portion 232 is connected with the first horizontal portion 231 and extends downward and is provided at the outside of the first flange 121.
The drawer 1 includes the opening 11 that upwards sets up, the opening 11 is located to apron main part 25 lid, the upper surface of first turn-ups 121 is located to first horizontal part 231, first turn-ups 121 is located to first extending portion 232 one side towards drawer 1 outside, first horizontal part 231 one side is connected with apron main part 25, the opposite side is connected with first extending portion 232, first horizontal part 231 and first extending portion 232 wrap up first turn-ups 121, apron 2 slides for drawer 1 and opens the in-process, first extending portion 232 and first horizontal part 231 cooperate with first turn-ups 121 simultaneously, restrict apron 2 and slide towards the opposite of first extending portion 232, realize apron 2 smooth and easy that apron 2 slides, steady slide-open apron 2, open drawer 1.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, the top of the second wall 13 is provided with a second flange 131 toward the outside, the second side 24 includes a second horizontal portion 241 and a second extension portion 242, the second horizontal portion 241 is connected to the cover main body 25 and contacts the upper surface of the second flange 131, and the second extension portion 242 is disposed opposite to the first extension portion 232, is connected to the second horizontal portion 241 and extends downward, and is disposed outside the second flange 131.
The second horizontal portion 241 is disposed on the upper surface of the second flange 131, the second extending portion 242 is disposed on the outer side of the second flange 131, one side of the second horizontal portion 241 is connected with the cover plate main body 25, the other side of the second horizontal portion 241 is connected with the second extending portion 242, the second flange 131 is covered, and the cover plate 2 is matched with the second flange 131 in the sliding opening process of the cover plate 2 relative to the drawer 1, so that the cover plate 2 is limited to slide towards the direction of the first extending portion 232, smooth sliding of the cover plate 2 is achieved, and the drawer 1 is opened.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cover 2 further includes a first limiting rib 26 and a second limiting rib 27, where the first limiting rib 26 is disposed on an inner side surface of the first horizontal portion 231 and/or the second horizontal portion 241, and the second limiting rib 27 is disposed on an inner side surface of the first extending portion 232 and/or the second extending portion 242, one side of the second limiting rib 27 is connected to the first limiting rib 26, and the other side of the second limiting rib extends downward to limit the lateral movement of the cover 2 relative to the drawer 1.
The first spacing rib 26 is disposed on the inner side surface of the first horizontal portion 231, or the first spacing rib 26 is disposed on the inner side surface of the second horizontal portion 241, or the first spacing rib 26 is disposed on both the inner side surfaces of the first horizontal portion 231 and the second horizontal portion 241. The present application takes the case that the first stopper rib 26 is provided on the inner side surfaces of the first horizontal portion 231 and the second horizontal portion 241 at the same time.
The first limiting rib 26 is arranged on one side of the first horizontal portion 231 and the second horizontal portion 241, facing the drawer 1, one side of the first limiting rib is abutted against the upper surface of the first flange 121, the other side of the first limiting rib is abutted against the upper surface of the second flange 131, in the sliding and opening process of the cover plate 2 relative to the drawer 1, the cover plate 2 and the first flange 121 and the cover plate 2 and the second flange 131 are not in direct contact, but the upper surfaces of the first limiting rib 26 and the first flange 121 and the first limiting rib 26 and the second flange 131 are in contact with each other, and then relative movement occurs, so that sliding of the cover plate 2 is realized, and compared with direct contact of the cover plate 2 and the first flange 121 and the second flange 131, the upper surfaces of the first limiting rib 26 and the second flange 131 are in contact with each other, friction force between the cover plate 2 and the drawer 1 in the sliding process of the cover plate 2 can be reduced, and sliding of the cover plate 2 relative to the drawer 1 is more labor-saving and smooth.
The inner side surface of the first extension portion 232 is provided with a second limiting rib 27, or the inner side surface of the second extension portion 242 is provided with a second limiting rib 27, or the inner side surfaces of the first extension portion 232 and the second extension portion 242 are both provided with a second limiting rib 27. The present application takes the case that the inner side surfaces of the first extension portion 232 and the second extension portion 242 are provided with the second limiting ribs 27.
The second spacing rib 27 is arranged on one side of the first extending portion 232 facing the first flanging 121, is arranged on one side of the second extending portion 242 facing the second flanging 131, one end of the second spacing rib 27 is connected with the first spacing rib 26, the other end of the second spacing rib 27 extends downwards along the direction close to the bottom wall of the drawer 1, the first spacing rib 26 is arranged on one side of the first horizontal portion 231 and the second horizontal portion 241 facing the drawer 1, and the position where the second spacing rib 27 is connected with the first spacing rib 26 is the position where the first horizontal portion 231 is connected with the first extending portion 232 and the second horizontal portion 241 is connected with the second extending portion 242. The arrangement of the second stopper rib 27 further restricts the moving distance of the cover plate 2 in the left-right direction, that is, the lateral moving distance of the cover plate 2 in the direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the cover plate 2, on the basis of the first extension portion 232 and the second extension portion 242.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cover 2 further includes a third limiting rib 28, where the third limiting rib 28 is disposed on the lower side of the first extension portion 232 and/or the second extension portion 242, extends towards the direction of the drawer 1, and encloses a sliding space 29 containing the first flange 121 and/or the second flange 131 with the first limiting rib 26 and the second limiting rib 27.
The lower side of the first extension portion 232 is provided with a third limit rib 28, which is arranged on the lower surface of the first flanging 121, or the lower side of the second extension portion 242 is provided with a third limit rib 28, which is arranged on the lower surface of the second flanging 131, or the lower sides of the first extension portion 232 and the second extension portion 242 are respectively provided with a third limit rib 28, which are respectively arranged on the lower surfaces of the first flanging 121 and the second flanging 131. In the present application, the first extending portion 232 and the second extending portion 242 are provided with the third limiting ribs 28, and are provided on the lower surfaces of the first flange 121 and the second flange 131.
One end of the third limit rib 28 is connected with the other end of the second limit rib 27, the other end extends along the direction close to the front end of the drawer 1 and is arranged on the lower surfaces of the first flanging 121 and the second flanging 131, so that the cover plate 2 moves upwards along the direction far away from the drawer 1 in the sliding process, the third limit rib 28 plays a limiting role on the first flanging 121 and the second flanging 131, and the cover plate 2 is prevented from being separated from the first wall 12 and the second wall 13, so that the cover plate 2 is prevented from being separated from the drawer 1.
The cover plate 2 is provided with a first limit rib 26, a second limit rib 27 and a third limit rib 28 relative to the two sides of the first flange 121 and the second flange 131, the first limit rib 26, the second limit rib 27 and the third limit rib 28 enclose a sliding space 29 for accommodating the first flange 121 and the second flange 131, an opening 11 of the sliding space 29 faces the first flange 121 and the second flange 131 respectively, the first flange 121 and the second flange 131 are clamped in the sliding space 29, the height of the sliding space 29, namely the distance between the first limit rib 26 and the third limit rib 28, is slightly larger than the height of the first flange 121 and the third limit rib 28, so that the cover plate 2 slides smoothly, the sliding space 29 on the two sides of the cover plate 2 serves as a slide way, and the cover plate 2 can slide in the sliding space 29 through the first flange 121 and the second flange 131, so that the relative movement between the cover plate 2 and the drawer 1 is realized.
