The adjusting mechanism comprises a first adjusting mechanism 51 and a second adjusting mechanism 52, and hand wheels are arranged on the first adjusting mechanism 51 and the second adjusting mechanism 52 and are respectively used for adjusting the front and back positions and the up and down positions of the cutter 13, so that the trimming precision is further improved.

In order to facilitate understanding of the working process of the thin plate trimming device, the working principle of the thin plate trimming device is briefly explained as follows:
turning on a travel switch, and enabling the carriage plate to move back and forth on the guide rail; when the carriage plate moves rightwards, the right-side cutter bears right friction force, the right-side cutter frame rotates rightwards axially, the limiting seat pin is extruded to retract inwards, the cutter is firmly abutted against the limiting seat, the right-side cutter cuts burrs of the thin plate, and the left-side cutter only slightly touches the thin plate due to right rotation of the friction force; correspondingly, when the carriage plate moves leftwards, the left side cutter performs cutting, the right side cutter slightly touches the thin plate, and after one round-trip cutting is completed, the travel switch can be turned off to complete trimming of one side of the thin plate.
