The display apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the speaker includes a magnetic member, a frame, and a diaphragm disposed and connected in this order from front to back in a thickness direction of the display module, at least one of the magnetic member and the diaphragm being exposed to the cabinet.

The display device according to claim 2, wherein the back plate is provided with a first avoiding hole, and the magnetic member is arranged on the front side wall of the case in a penetrating manner, so that at least part of the magnetic member is located on the outer side of the case and is embedded in the first avoiding hole.
4. A display device according to claim 3, wherein the diameter of the first escape hole is larger than the diameter of the magnetic member, and the diameter d1 of the first escape hole and the diameter d2 of the magnetic member satisfy: d1-d2 is more than or equal to 3mm.
5. A display device according to claim 3, wherein the front side wall of the case is provided with a first perforation,
and a vibration reduction adhesive layer is arranged between the inner wall of the first perforation and the outer wall of the magnetic piece.
6. The display device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein a second avoidance hole is formed in the rear case, and a rear side wall of the case is embedded in the second avoidance hole or protrudes from the second avoidance hole out of the mounting cavity.
7. The display device of claim 6, wherein vibration-damping foam is disposed between the case and the rear case.
8. The display device according to claim 7, wherein one of the case and the rear case is provided with a mount sink recessed in a direction away from the other, and the vibration-damping foam is provided to the mount sink.
9. The display device of any one of claims 2-5, wherein the diaphragm is located inside the cabinet and spaced apart from a rear sidewall of the cabinet.

The display device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein a second avoidance hole is formed in the rear case, and the basin stand is disposed through the rear side wall of the case, so that the diaphragm is located outside the case and is embedded in the second avoidance hole or located outside the mounting cavity.
