-a plug element (22), the plug element (22) being arranged at a second outlet (24) of the second cartridge (14) and closing the second outlet (24) of the second cartridge (14) in a stored state, the plug element (22) being configured to be introduced into the head portion (16) and co-operating with a closure (26) of the outlet device (20), the closure (26) being removable from the first outlet (18) and second outlet (24) of the first and second cartridges (12, 14) and attachable to the first outlet (18) and second outlet (24) of the first and second cartridges (12, 14), wherein the plug element (22) is removable from the second outlet (24) upon removal of the closure (26) from the cartridge assembly (10) and insertable into the second outlet (24) upon replacement of the closure (26) at the cartridge assembly (10).

The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 1, wherein respective ends (28, 30) of the first and second cartridges (12, 14) remote from the first and second outlets (18, 24) of the first and second cartridges (12, 14) comprise a connecting device (32), wherein the connecting device (32) is configured to be connected to each other.
3. Cartridge assembly (10) according to claim 2, wherein the connecting means (32) are formed by one or more tongue and groove (34, 36) connections.
4. Cartridge assembly (10) according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the outlet device (20) comprises a receptacle (38), the receptacle (38) being configured to receive and retain a front end (40) of the plug element (22).
5. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 4, wherein the receptacle (38) is a frustoconical receptacle (38).
6. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 4, wherein the plug element (22) is configured to be connected to the outlet device (20) via a plug connector (42).
7. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 6, wherein the plug element (22) includes a circumferentially extending lip (44) as the plug connector (42).
8. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 7, wherein the plug connector (42), i.e. the circumferentially extending lip (44), has a triangular shape in its cross-section taken parallel to the longitudinal axis (a) of the plug element (22).
9. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 6, wherein the plug element (22) cooperates with the closure (26) via a snap-fit connection (46).
10. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 9 wherein said snap-fit connection (46) comprises said plug connector (42).
11. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 10 wherein the snap-fit connection (46) further comprises the receptacle (38).
12. A cartridge assembly (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the plug element (22) further comprises a snap element (48).
13. Cartridge assembly (10) according to claim 12, wherein the snap element (48) is deflected after introducing the plug element (22) into the head portion (16) of the outlet device (20).
14. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 12, wherein the snap element (48) comprises two limbs (50) connected to a base (60).
15. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 14 wherein the base (60) extends radially outwardly from a body (78) of the plug element (22).
16. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 14, wherein the snap element further comprises one or more windows (64).
17. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 16, wherein the second outlet (24) includes one or more noses (66), and wherein the one or more windows (64) each engage one of the one or more noses (66).
18. Cartridge assembly (10) according to claim 12, wherein the snap element (48) is deflected by means of rotation when inserting the plug element (22) into the head portion (16).
19. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 12 wherein the snap element (48) is radially deflected at a deflection structure present in one of the head portion (16) and the outlet device (20).
20. A cartridge assembly (10) according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the plug element (22) comprises one of an abutment surface (58) and a thread (68).
21. The cartridge assembly (10) of one of claims 16 to 17, wherein a respective one of the limbs (50) comprises a respective one of the windows (64).
22. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 4, wherein the receptacle (38) includes one or more elongated slots (70).
23. The cartridge assembly (10) of claim 15 wherein said body is a tubular body.
