As shown in a schematic cross-sectional structure of the fastening tooth 21 in fig. 2, a columnar cavity 22 is provided in the fastening tooth 21, a second fastening hole 23 is provided at the bottom of the fastening tooth 21, and the columnar cavity 22 is connected with the second fastening hole 23.
In practical application, the diameter of the columnar cavity 22 can be larger than the diameter of the second fastening hole 23 or smaller than the diameter of the second fastening hole 23 in combination with the volume of the fastening tooth 21 to be prepared and the model of the instrument (such as a rod-shaped screwing tool). Preferably, the diameter of the columnar cavity 22 may be made larger than the diameter of the second fastening hole 23 while securing the strength of the fastening teeth 21 as much as possible.

As shown in fig. 5, the fastening tooth 21 is a side-windowed fastening tooth 21, and the fastening tooth 21 includes a first tooth 24 and a second tooth 25, wherein a columnar cavity 22 is provided in the first tooth 24, a plugging opening 241 is provided on a side surface of the first tooth 24, the second tooth 25 is matched with the plugging opening 241 in size, and the second tooth 25 is configured to be adhered to the plugging opening 241.
In some possible examples, the edge of the occlusion 241 may be provided with a stop (not shown) that may prevent the second tooth 25 from entering through the occlusion 241.

The immediate prosthetic denture provided by the embodiment of the application can be operated as follows in practical application:
the immediate repair denture includes the fastening tooth 21 shown in fig. 4 as an example, and the fastening member 3 of the immediate repair denture is aligned with the implant that has been surgically implanted; the fastening teeth 21 and the second teeth 25 are separated from the first teeth 24.
The screw is fed through the cylindrical cavity 22 in the first tooth 24 and is passed through the through hole of the fastener 3 by the instrument and screwed with the temporary abutment of the implant.
The second tooth 25 is bonded to the first tooth 21.
When the immediate denture is to be repaired by removing, the second tooth body 25 of the fastening tooth 21 is ground to expose the columnar cavity 22, the screw is loosened by the instrument, and the immediate denture is to be repaired by removing.
It should be understood that terms such as "portion" and "portion" are used in this application to refer to a method of distinguishing between different components, elements, parts, portions or assemblies of different levels. 1. A prosthetic appliance for immediate restoration after dental implantation, comprising a base and at least one artificial tooth disposed on the base;
at least one first fastening hole is formed in the base, and the first fastening hole corresponds to the implant in position;
the artificial tooth comprises at least one fastening tooth, the fastening tooth corresponds to the first fastening hole, a columnar cavity is formed in the fastening tooth, a second fastening hole is formed in the bottom of the fastening tooth, and the columnar cavity is connected with the second fastening hole;
the fastening device further comprises a fastening piece, wherein the fastening piece is arranged in the first fastening hole and the second fastening hole, and the fastening piece is provided with a through hole for penetrating a bolt.
2. The prosthetic tooth for immediate post-dental implant of claim 1, wherein said fastening tooth comprises a first tooth body in which said columnar cavity is disposed and a second tooth body configured with a bottom bonded to a top of said first tooth body.
3. The prosthetic tooth for immediate post-dental implant of claim 1, wherein said fastening tooth comprises a first tooth body and a second tooth body, said first tooth body having said cylindrical cavity disposed therein and a side of said first tooth body having a seal, said second tooth body being sized to match said seal, said second tooth body being configured to adhere to said seal.
4. A prosthetic appliance for immediate post-dental implant as claimed in claim 3, wherein the edge of said occlusion is provided with a stop portion.
5. The prosthetic appliance for immediate post-dental implant of claim 4, wherein said second tooth body is in the shape of a trapezoidal sheet with curvature.
6. The prosthetic appliance for immediate post-dental implant of claim 1, wherein the through hole of the fastener is provided with internal threads.
7. The prosthetic tooth for immediate post-dental implant as claimed in claim 1, wherein said base is a resin material and said artificial tooth is a resin material or a porcelain material.
8. The prosthetic appliance for immediate post-dental implant of claim 1, wherein the fastener is a titanium metal material.
