Abstract
一种由合金材料精铸加工而成的人工髌骨关节,
包括髌骨与骰骨髁,它比全膝关节面积小,人工骰骨
髁宽50~60mm,高40~50mm,厚5.5~8mm,人工
髌骨直径为25~35mm,全高为10~20mm。钉子加
工成塔形,使用这种人工髌骨关节,对病人损伤小,减
轻病人痛苦,疗效好,手术简单,节省费用,易于推
广。
Description
本实用新型属假肢体或附件领域,具体涉及一种新型人工髌骨关节。
骨损伤、化脓性骨髓炎、化脓性关节炎等疾病严重地影响着患者的身体健康,给患者带来极大的痛苦。急慢性骨髓炎、关节炎,例如膝关节炎早期表现为红、肿、痛、热、关节肿痛、活动受限,严重者将累及关节骨质损伤,甚者需要截肢才能挽救生命。以往需手术的病人在治疗时将膝关节的整块髌骨换掉。这样,没有病变的骨质也被去除,本实用新型技术方案:
使用Co-Cr-Mo合金材料或钛合金材料,整体精铸,再将钉子焊上,根据病人病情及骨骼大小,骰骨髁可分不同大小,宽为50~60mm,高40~50mm,厚5.5~8mm,钉子用普通车床加工成塔形,钉子长15~30mm。人工髌骨加工成大小为直径25~35mm,高10~20mm,钉子长8~15mm。在髌骨内面上对称分布有椭圆形孔,以利于骨质生长。股骨髁与人工髌骨共同组合为人工髌骨关节。手术时,将人工骰骨髁替代坏死骨质,钉入股骨,用人工髌骨替代坏死的髌骨钉入胫骨,手术后缝合即可。
使用人工髌骨关节有如下优点:1、对病人损伤小。可根据病人骨损伤的情况,选用大小不同型号的骰骨髁,只要切除患病部分,不需全切除。2、减少病人痛苦。因手术范围减小,只施行部分切除,手术工作量小,简单,时间短,病人少受痛苦。3、便于推广。由于手术简化,使用器械少,医生易于掌握,中小医院也可手术,方便病人。4、节省了医疗费用与医疗材料。5、经临床观察,疗效与全切除一致。6、钉子加工成塔形,不易脱落,固定效果好。
本实用新型有如下附图:

实施例:见图1、图2、图3、图4。使用Co-Cr-Mo合金材料,整体精铸,打磨抛光,骰骨髁1长56mm,宽42mm,厚6.5mm,钉子2长20mm,两钉间距为32mm,钉子2加工成塔形状。人工髌骨3直径为30mm,钉子4直径为10mm,钉子4长10mm,加工成螺丝形状,人工髌骨3总高为14mm,其内面有六个椭圆形孔5。手术时,将人工骰骨髁替代坏死骨质,用人工髌骨替代坏死的髌骨,分别钉入股骨和胫骨,然后手术缝合,愈合后即可。

1、一种由合金材料精铸加工而成,包括髌骨与骰骨髁的人工髌骨关节,其特征在于:部分替换的人工髌骨关节骰骨髁(1)与髌骨(3)比全膝关节面积小,其钉子(2)加工成塔形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的人工髌骨关节,其特征在于骰骨髁(1)大小为宽50~60mm,高40~50mm,厚5.5~8mm,钉子(2)长度为15~30mm,人工髌骨(3)大小为直径为25~35mm,高10~20mm,钉子(4)长8~15mm。
