The embodiment of the application discloses an input shaft of an automobile steering device. In a first embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, an input shaft of an automobile steering device includes a shaft body 1, the shaft body 1 is divided into a fixed shaft 11 and a connecting shaft 12, the shaft diameters of the fixed shaft 11 and the connecting shaft 12 are the same, a gear 13 for outputting power is fixedly disposed at one end of the fixed shaft 11, one end of the connecting shaft 12 is connected with a steering shaft (not shown) of an automobile, an end surface of the fixed shaft 11, which is far away from the gear 13, abuts against an end surface of the connecting shaft 12, which is far away from the steering shaft, and a portion of the fixed shaft 11, which abuts against the steering shaft, is clamped and fixed by a clamp 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the clamp 2 is formed by enclosing two clamping pieces 21, wherein the ends of the two clamping pieces 21 close to each other are hinged, the ends of the two clamping pieces 21 far away from the hinged position are respectively provided with a first connecting piece 211 and a second connecting piece 212, the ends of the two clamping pieces 21 far away from the hinged position are locked with each other through a fixing mechanism 22, and the fixing mechanism 22 is arranged on the first connecting piece 211 and the second connecting piece 212.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the fixing mechanism 22 includes an insertion rod 221 disposed on the first connecting piece 211 and an insertion hole 222 disposed on the second connecting piece 212, the insertion rod 221 is disposed on a side of the first connecting piece 211 close to the second connecting piece 212, the insertion rod 221 and the insertion hole 222 are in insertion fit, the insertion rod 221 is cut along the axial direction to divide the insertion rod 221 into two elastic rods 223, a space is left between the two elastic rods 223, one ends of the two elastic rods 223 far away from the first connecting piece 211 are both provided with a projection 224, both the projections 224 are semi-cylindrical, when the two elastic rods 223 are pinched, the two protrusions 224 are attached to each other, and the diameter of the object formed by the two protrusions 224 is smaller than that of the insertion hole 222, at this time, the two protrusions 224 can pass through the insertion hole 222, when the two elastic rods 223 are in a natural state without external force, the two protrusions 224 are separated and the diameter of the object formed by the two protrusions 224 is larger than that of the insertion hole 222, and at this time, the two protrusions 224 cannot pass through the insertion hole 222.
Referring to fig. 3, a side of the projection 224 away from the first connection piece 211 is provided with an inclined guide surface 225, and the guide surface 225 makes the projection 224 in a semi-conical shape.
In order to prevent the clip 2 from being loosened when it is fastened, the length of the insertion rod 221 is set to be the same as the thickness of the second connection piece 212.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a slot 111 is formed in the center of the end surface of the fixed shaft 11 close to the connecting shaft 12, the cross section of the slot 111 is polygonal such as a regular hexagon or a square, an insertion block 121 matched with the slot 111 in shape is arranged on the end surface of the connecting shaft 12 close to the fixed shaft 11, when the end surfaces of the fixed shaft 11 and the connecting shaft 12 are abutted against each other, the insertion block 121 is inserted into the slot 111, and the outer wall of the insertion block 121 is attached to the inner wall of the slot 111; the slot 111 and the insert block 121 play a role in transmitting torque, and prevent the end surface of the fixed shaft 11 abutting against the connecting shaft 12 from slipping in the working process.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a plurality of rows of positioning grooves 23 are formed in the inner wall of the hoop 2, each row of positioning grooves 23 is composed of two positioning grooves 23, the two positioning grooves 23 of each row of positioning grooves 23 are arranged along the axial direction of the hoop 2, positioning blocks 14 matched with the positioning grooves 23 are arranged on the outer walls of the fixed shaft 11 and the connecting shaft 12, the positioning block 14 of the fixed shaft 11 is arranged at one end, close to the connecting shaft 12, of the fixed shaft 11, the positioning block 14 of the connecting shaft 12 is arranged at one end, close to the fixed shaft 11, of the connecting shaft 12, and when the hoop 2 hoops the fixed shaft 11 and the connecting shaft 12, the positioning block 14 is located inside the hoop 2 and the positioning block 14 is inserted into the positioning groove 23; the positioning groove 23 and the positioning block 14 can prevent the hoop 2 from rotating or sliding relative to the shaft body 1, so as to improve the hooping effect of the hoop 2.
The implementation principle of the input shaft of the automobile steering device in the embodiment of the application is as follows: after the hoop 2 is enclosed on the outer walls of the fixed shaft 11 and the connecting shaft 12, the guide surface 225 of the projection 224 abuts against the inner wall of the insertion hole 222, force is applied in the direction that the insertion rod 221 is inserted into the insertion hole 222, the insertion hole 222 acts on the projection 224 to enable the two elastic rods 223 to approach each other, after the projection 224 completely passes through the insertion hole 222, the two elastic rods 223 rebound, the two projections 224 are elastically clamped on one surface of the second connecting piece 212 far away from the first connecting piece 211, and the hoop 2 is locked to clamp and fix the fixed shaft 11 and the connecting shaft 12; when the fixing shaft 11 and the connecting shaft 12 need to be detached, the two convex blocks 224 are pinched, and the two convex blocks 224 are pushed out from the insertion holes 222, so that the clamp 2 can be loosened, and the fixing shaft 11 and the connecting shaft 12 can be separated; therefore, the fixed shaft 11 and the connecting shaft 12 can be operated by bare hands without other tools in both installation and disassembly, and the use is convenient.
In the second embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is the difference of the fixing mechanism 22, specifically, the fixing mechanism 22 is a fastening assembly 226 and a knob 227 arranged on the fastening assembly 226, the fastening assembly 226 includes a bolt 2261 and a nut 2262, the first connecting piece 211 and the second connecting piece 212 are both provided with through holes, the nut 2262 abuts against one surface of the second connecting piece 212 far away from the first connecting piece 211, the bolt 2261 is inserted into and screwed into the nut 2262 from the through hole of the surface of the first connecting piece 211 far away from the second connecting piece 212, a nut 2263 of the bolt 2261 abuts against one surface of the first connecting piece 211 far away from the second connecting piece 212, and the knob 227 is arranged on the nut 2263 of the bolt 2261.
The knob 227 is provided with anti-slip lines.
The implementation principle of the input shaft of the automobile steering device in the second embodiment of the application is as follows: through knob 227, the operator can bare-handed rotation bolt 2261, need not to open clamp 2 with the split of axis body 1 with the help of other instruments, and it is very convenient to use.
