本实用新型是一种显示钢化玻璃,进一步涉及手机、平板电脑、MP4、MP5等所有带显示屏的数码产品的钢化玻璃保护贴及其钢化玻璃显示屏。
背景技术
钢化玻璃用于数码产品的显示屏及钢化玻璃保护贴,而3D立体显示的数码产品的保护膜主要材质为PVC。
现有技术在钢化玻璃上做的花纹都是平面效果,不具有独特新颖感。由于制备工艺和本身性能所限,钢化后的玻璃不能再进行切割和加工,只能在钢化前就对玻璃进行加工至需要的形状,再进行钢化处理。因此,在钢化玻璃成型后很难对其进一步加工,以使其具有3D等立体效果。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种能够丰富显示钢化玻璃,使显示屏或钢化玻璃保护贴的显示效果更佳,功能更丰富,而且能够提高钢化玻璃的显示屏及钢化玻璃保护贴的实际使用寿命和耐久度。
本实用新型提供了一种3D立体显示钢化玻璃,包括本体和背面,其中,所述本体为玻璃及钢化玻璃片,所述背面为3D立体光栅图或3D立体光栅变化图,所述本体通过UV转印技术转印于玻璃背面。
优选的,所述钢化玻璃为数码产品的显示屏或保护贴。
优选的,所述数码产品为手机、平板电脑、MP4或MP5。
优选的,所述连接通过UV转印技术转印于玻璃背面。
由于玻璃及钢化玻璃片为透明或半透明材料,因此可透过本体看到背面的3D立体光栅图画或3D立体光栅变化图画,画面新颖色泽光亮,3D立体效果突出,变化效果特殊,且给人视觉冲击效果,不易脱色,不易陈旧,使用寿命长。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:
