Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种肛门拉钩,其包括手柄和与手柄连接的拉钩,此外,还包括:设置在所述拉钩上的多个LED灯;设置在所述手柄上的电池及电源开关;其中,所述多个LED灯与所述电池之间通过导线相连。本实用新型的肛门拉钩,结构简单,具有用于照明的灯具,从而不妨碍手术操作,又解决了视野不清的问题,大大提高了诊断及治疗的效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种肛门拉钩。
背景技术
肛门拉钩是肛肠外科必备的检查及治疗器械,其用于检查内痔、肛管肿瘤及各种原因引起的便血。由于肛管直径小,不易暴露,视野狭小,没有光源的帮助无法进行疾病的诊断及治疗。
现有技术中,在进行疾病的诊断及治疗过程中,通常需要采用旁照灯或探照灯向肛内照射,由于其光线强度弱造成视野模糊,因此无法达到预期的诊断或治疗效果;并且,需要助手在一旁协助,因此浪费人力。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,本实用新型提供了一种肛门拉钩,其结构简单,具有用于照明的灯具,从而不妨碍手术操作,又解决了视野不清的问题,大大提高了诊断及治疗的效率。
为实现本实用新型的上述目的,本实用新型的肛门拉钩包括手柄和与手柄连接的拉钩,此外,还包括:安装在所述拉钩上的多个LED灯;安装在所述手柄上的电池及电源开关;其中,所述多个LED灯与所述电池之间通过导线相连。
其中,所述拉钩的截面呈弧形。
优选的,所述拉钩的内壁设置拉钩凹槽,所述多个LED灯分别设置在拉钩凹槽内。
特别是,所述拉钩的内壁设置与所述拉钩凹槽相连通的导线凹槽。
其中,所述手柄内壁设置与所述导线凹槽连通的手柄凹槽。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的肛门拉钩具有结构简单、使用方便、节省人力、改善医生的检查视野、提高对疾病诊断与治疗效率的优点。
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为本实用新型的肛门拉钩的结构示意图,由图可知,其包括手柄1和与手柄1连接的拉钩2,此外,其还包括:安装在拉钩2上的多个LED灯3;安装在手柄1上的电池(图中未示出)及电源开关4;其中,多个LED灯3与电池及电源开关4之间通过导线5相连。
由于本实用新型的肛门拉钩具有用于照明的LED灯3和控制LED灯3打开或关闭的电源开关4,因此在医生对肛门进行检查或治疗过程中,医生可以根据需要自行对肛内进行照射,从而不需助手在一旁协助,减少人力及用于照明的辅助用具,并且医生可以自行进行视野的调整,从而检查更彻底,极大提高对疾病的诊查和治疗效果和效率。
具体的,如图1所示,本实用新型的拉钩2的截面呈弧形,且沿着拉钩2的延伸方向,拉钩的横截面的直径和弧度逐渐减小,即,与手柄1连接处的拉钩2的弧形横截面的直径和弧度最大,并且,拉钩2的末端呈圆弧状,从而避免拉钩2进入肛门时对病人的肛门组织造成损伤。
优选的,如图1-图3所示,在手柄1与拉钩2的连接处形成向拉钩2外突出的遮挡台6,从而即可以控制拉钩2向肛门内伸入的长度,又可以保护肛门组织不受损伤。特别是,手柄1与拉钩2之间的夹角应大于90°,便于操作者调整其检查视野。
其中,如图1-图3所示,本实用新型在拉钩2的呈弧形的内壁上设置拉钩凹槽7,多个LED灯3分别设置在拉钩凹槽7内,并且,在拉钩2的弧形内壁设 置与拉钩凹槽7相连通的导线凹槽8,导线5的一部分安置在导线凹槽8内。
此外,手柄1的横截面也呈弧形,在手柄1的弧形内壁上设置有与导线凹槽8相连通的手柄凹槽9,导线5的另一部分安置在手柄凹槽9内。通过将导线5固定于导线凹槽8和手柄凹槽9内,避免在操作过程中导线5随意运动对操作者工作造成的不良影响。此外,在手柄1内壁上还设置有用于安置电池和电源开关的开关凹槽(图中仅示出电源开关)。优选的,开关凹槽设置在手柄1远离拉钩的一端,且电池的正负极通过导线与多个LED灯分别相连通。本实用新型将电池安置在手柄1上,从而便于电池电量用尽时对其进行更换,优选的,本实用新型的电池为纽扣电池。
优选的,为了避免电源开关4处于打开状态时(即LED灯处于照明状态)给握持手柄的医生或正在进行诊查或治疗的病人造成触电危险,本实用新型还可以在导线的外部套设绝缘保护套(图中未示出),从而使拉钩2和手柄1不会导电。
特别是,为了便于清洗以及在清洗时不损坏LED灯及导线,本实用新型还可以在导线凹槽8和手柄凹槽9内安装用于将所述多个LED灯密封在所述导线凹槽8和手柄凹槽9内的透明板(图中未示出),该透明板可以采用现有技术中任何的透光性好的材料制成,以便LED灯发出的灯光可以无阻碍的穿透透明板。优选的,透明板外露端应与手柄和拉钩的外壁平齐。
其中,设置在拉钩的拉钩凹槽内的LED灯的数量可以为两个,优选的,LED灯的数量为三个,以便三个LED灯可以形成向肛内照射的弧形照射面,从而提高医生的视野清晰度,当然,也可以设置多个。
尽管上文对本实用新型作了详细说明,但不限于此,本技术领域的技术人员可以根据本实用新型记载的内容或原理进行修改,因此,凡按照本实用新型记载的内容或原理进行的各种修改都应当理解为纳入本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种肛门拉钩,包括手柄(1)和与手柄(1)连接的拉钩(2),其特征在于,还包括:
安装在所述拉钩(2)上的多个LED灯(3);
安装在所述手柄(1)上的电池及电源开关(4);
其中,所述拉钩(2)的内壁设置拉钩凹槽(7),所述多个LED灯(3)分别设置在拉钩凹槽(7)内;
其中,所述拉钩(2)的内壁设置与所述拉钩凹槽(7)相连通的导线凹槽(8);
其中,所述手柄(1)内壁设置与所述导线凹槽(8)连通的手柄凹槽(9);
其中,在导线凹槽(8)和手柄凹槽(9)内安置用于将所述LED灯(3)与所述电池(4)相连的导线(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肛门拉钩,其特征在于,所述拉钩(2)的截面呈弧形。
