本实用新型公开了一种金属弹片式连接器，包括弹片组件以及连接器组件，弹片组件包括中心的柱状负极弹片，以及设在负极弹片外侧的正极弹片，正极弹片中部设有向内的弧形突起；连接器组件包括中心的柱状负极连接器，以及设在负极连接器外侧的正极连接器，负极连接器中央设有供负极弹片插入的圆孔，正极连接器为圆柱形，其上设有一圈向内凹陷的凹槽；弹片组件和连接器组件插接在一起，负极弹片插入负极连接器的圆孔中与负极连接器接触，正极连接器插入负极弹片与正极弹片之间的空隙中，正极连接器上的凹槽与正极弹片上的突起配合卡接。其有益效果在于：可便于拆装，可有效节约拆装时间，有效保护产品长期使用。

一种金属弹片式连接器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种金属弹片式连接器，尤其涉及一种用于电子烟装置上连接雾化组件和电池组件的金属弹片式连接器。
背景技术
电子烟又名虚拟香烟、电子雾化器，主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。电子烟有着与香烟一样的外观和近似的味道，甚至电子烟比一般香烟的口味要多。电子烟也像香烟一样能吸出烟、吸出味道和感觉。此外，电子烟没有香烟中的焦油和悬浮微粒等其他有害成分，因此电子烟成为取代香烟的最佳选择。
现有的电子烟均为使用螺纹连接，螺纹长度、螺距等参数普遍短小，电子烟的电源使用充电电芯，所以电源部件与雾化器部件的连接因充电而拆卸频繁，螺纹容易磨损出现错位卡死或者失效，螺纹连接也比较费时。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，针对现有技术的不足而提供一种用于电子烟连接的金属弹片式连接器，可便于拆装，可有效节约拆装时间，有效保护产品长期使用。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：金属弹片式连接器，包括固定在电子烟电池组件一端的弹片组件，以及固定在电子烟雾化组件一端的连接器组件，弹片组件包括中心的柱状负极弹片，以及设在负极弹片外侧的正极弹片，正极弹片中部设有向内的弧形突起；连接器组件包括中心的柱状负极连接器，以及设在负极连接器外侧的正极连接器，负极连接器中央设有供负极弹片插入的圆孔，正极连接器为圆柱形，其上设有一圈向内凹陷的凹槽；弹片组件和连接器组件插接在一起，负极弹片插入负极连接器的圆孔中与负极连接器接触，正极连接器插入负极弹片与正极弹片之间的空隙中，正极连接器上的凹槽与正极弹片上的突起配合卡接。
优选的，正极弹片之间设有罩体。
优选的，正极弹片数量为两片以上，绕负极弹片均匀分布。
本实用新型的有益效果是：将雾化组件和电池组件的连接方式由传统的螺纹连接改为弹片式连接，便于拆装，可有效节约拆装时间，有效保护产品长期使用。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚地表述本实用新型，下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步地描述。
请参阅图1-图2，金属弹片式连接器，包括固定在电子烟电池组件一端的弹片组件1，以及固定在电子烟雾化组件一端的连接器组件2，弹片组件包括中心的柱状负极弹片11，以及设在负极弹片外侧的正极弹片12，正极弹片中部设有向内的弧形突起13；连接器组件包括中心的柱状负极连接器21，以及设在负极连接器外侧的正极连接器22，负极连接器中央设有供负极弹片插入的圆孔23，正极连接器为圆柱形，其上设有一圈向内凹陷的凹槽24；弹片组件和连接器组件插接在一起，负极弹片插入负极连接器的圆孔中与负极连接器接触，正极连接器插入负极弹片与正极弹片之间的空隙中，正极连接器上的凹槽与正极弹片上的突起配合卡接。
在本实施例中，正极弹片之间设有罩体，构成环绕负极弹片的外壳，可以保护插入其中的正极连接器。
在本实施例中，正极弹片数量为两片，分布在负极弹片的两侧。

1.一种金属弹片式连接器，其特征在于，包括固定在电子烟电池组件一端的弹片组件，以及固定在电子烟雾化组件一端的连接器组件，弹片组件包括中心的柱状负极弹片，以及设在负极弹片外侧的正极弹片，正极弹片中部设有向内的弧形突起；连接器组件包括中心的柱状负极连接器，以及设在负极连接器外侧的正极连接器，负极连接器中央设有供负极弹片插入的圆孔，正极连接器为圆柱形，其上设有一圈向内凹陷的凹槽；弹片组件和连接器组件插接在一起，负极弹片插入负极连接器的圆孔中与负极连接器接触，正极连接器插入负极弹片与正极弹片之间的空隙中，正极连接器上的凹槽与正极弹片上的突起配合卡接。
2.如权利要求1所述的金属弹片式连接器，其特征在于，正极弹片之间设有罩体。
3.如权利要求1所述的金属弹片式连接器，其特征在于，正极弹片数量为两片以上，绕负极弹片均匀分布。
