本实用新型涉及预留导丝通道支架系统,在支架和球囊之间预留可以让导丝通过的通道,该通道能让操作者在体外操作导丝通过支架和球囊之间,该导丝能够起到精确定位治疗血管开口病变和简化导丝在血管内通过已释放支架网眼的操作,治疗血管分叉病变。

本实用新型涉及一种输入到人体的医疗器械,具体地说是一种在支架和球囊之间预留导丝通道的支架,该支架不仅能够应用于血管中,还能应用于支气管、胆管、尿道、食道等其他组织器官中。 
背景技术
众所周知,心血管疾病是威胁到人类健康和生命的主要疾病之一,血管支架已广泛应用到心血管疾病的治疗中,在治疗过程中,血管支架被植入人体的血管中,达到治疗和预防血管的狭窄、阻塞、及动脉瘤和夹层等血管疾病。 
目前应用的血管支架大部分是预先安置在球囊上的,所有的血管支架和球囊之间是没有空间的,支架球囊中心有导丝通道,这样的设计便于导丝通过支架和球囊系统中心的导丝通道,这样的设计让支架球囊系统可以沿导丝到达血管中靶病变部位,让后经球囊扩张后将支架释放在靶病变部位。血管是分叉的,当分叉血管的两支或三支血管有病变,要将几个支架释放到有病变的血管中或保护分支血管时,需要在X光机下,操作另一条导丝从已释放支架中的网眼中通过而到达另一条血管,这些操作难度大,费时费力,而且定位准确性差;当仅在血管分叉开口有病变时,支架很难完全覆盖病变,为了不影响没有病变的另一分支血管或保护分支血管,因此就需要精确定位,目前实践中广泛的操作方法是在X光机下,反复用不同的投照体位,精细操作定位。 
因此,制造一种方便操作和有利于精确定位治疗血管分叉病变和血管开口病变的血管支架很有必要。 
发明内容
为了克服现有支架的不足,本实用新型提供一种方便操作和有利于精确定位治疗血管分叉病变和血管开口病变的导丝预留通道支架。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:在目前广泛应用的支架球囊系统的基础上,在支架和球囊之间预留可以让导丝通过的通道,该通道能让操作者在病人体外操作导丝通过支架和球囊之间,该导丝能够起到简化导丝在血管内通过已释放支架网眼的操作治疗血管分叉病变和精确定位治疗血管开口病变。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是: 
目前广泛应用的支架球囊系统只有一条位于球囊中心的通道让导丝通过,通过该导丝,支架球囊系统能够到达血管病变部位;而导丝预留通道支架系统除球囊中心有导丝通道外,在支架和球囊之间有预留导丝通道,通过球囊中心通道的导丝能够将该支架系统送到血管中要到达的位置,而通过预留通道的导丝能够简化导丝在血管中通过已释放支架网眼这样的复杂操作来治疗血管分叉病变和精确定位治疗血管开口病变,大大提高了传统支架手术定位的精确度,和简化了操作过程。同时,该通道在球囊扩张时,可以让血流通过扩张球囊阻塞的血管,让手术更安全。

具体实施方式
图1是导丝预留通道支架组件示意图,本导丝预留通道支架1.包括一个球囊2,该球囊2可以沿径向扩张,使用前它处于收缩状态,球囊2外嵌套一层网眼状的金属支架3,该网眼状支架在球囊2的径向力作用下可以沿径向扩张,使用前它处于收缩状态,在球囊2中心有导管4通过,导管4中心有导丝通道5,在支架和球囊之间有预留通道6,便于导丝通过支架金属梁和球囊之间,在球囊和支架处于收缩状态时,该通道6可以让导丝通过;在球囊和支架处于扩张状态时,该通道6可以保留或关闭。 
图2是本导丝预留通道支架1处于收缩状态,该球囊2使用前它处于收缩状态,球囊2 外嵌套一层网眼状的金属支架3,在球囊2中心有导管4通过,导管4中心有导丝通道5,导丝7通过支架和球囊之间有预留通道6。 
图3是本导丝预留通道支架1处于扩张状态时,该球囊2使用中它处于径向扩张状态,球囊2外嵌套一层网眼状的金属支架3,在球囊2中心有导管4通过,导管4中心有导丝通道5,导丝7通过支架和球囊之间有预留通道6(球囊扩张时可消失)。 
以上实施方式仅是本实用新型的一种优选,根据本发明的内容,还可以得到诸多雷同于本实用新型的方案,例如,预留在支架和球囊之间的通道可以是支架和球囊之间的可以让导丝通过的空间;该通道二端都可以开口于支架的二端;也可以预留的导丝通道一端开口于支架二端之间,通过一根到数根甚至另外一端的金属梁,另一端开口于支架任何一端,;预留的导丝通道也可以有多个开口;预留的导丝通道可以是一条或多条;在球囊和支架处于收缩状态时,该通道可以让导丝通过,在球囊和支架处于扩张状态时,该通道可以保留或关闭。在治疗范围上,该支架可以应用于心脏血管、脑血管等全身所有的血管病变及支气管、胆管、尿道、食道等其他组织和器官。

1.导丝预留通道支架,是一个支架预置于可以径向申缩球囊的系统,其特征在于:该系统在球囊和支架之间预留可以让导丝通过的通道或者空间。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的导丝预留通道支架,其特征在于:球囊和支架之间预留的导丝通道或空间有开口。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的导丝预留通道支架,其特征在于:球囊和支架之间的通道或空间可以是一条,也可以是多条。
