Abstract

本实用新型涉及制药设备领域，尤其是一种高压在线吹气孔装置。
背景技术
现有的制药行业内，对于部分贴布的药体层上需要打上眼孔，方便药体的散发和渗透，提高其治疗性能。但现有眼孔都是采用针刺打眼，其打眼效率低下，同时会对药体造成污染，影响其品质。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种生产效率高，安全卫生的高压在线吹气孔装置。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所设计的高压在线吹气孔装置，它包括一个主动辊和一个从动辊，主动辊和从动辊处于同一高度，主动辊与电动机传动连接，在主动辊和从动辊的中间位置设有吹气装置，吹气装置为长条形结构，在吹气装置上与贴布运动方向垂直的方向设有一排吹气孔，在吹气装置的内部与吹气孔对位位置处设有开闭阀门，开闭阀门与脉冲控制器连接，脉冲控制器可控制开闭阀门的间歇性开闭。
作为优化，所述的吹气孔为圆形，且孔径为0.1mm，相邻的两个吹气孔之间的距离为0.1mm。可提高药体上的气孔的密度，从而提高其使用性能。
作为优化，所述的吹气装置内部的气压为10Kg/cm2。可使高压空气在短暂的时间内将药体层打上眼孔，简单方便。
本实用新型所得到的高压在线吹气孔装置，其通过主动辊带动贴布持续运动，再使用吹气装置在贴布的药体层上打上眼孔，简单方便，而开闭阀门和脉冲控制器的设置，可使高压空气间歇性喷出，且间隔时间相同，可使眼孔间隔相同，也可保证眼孔的大小和深度相同，提高贴布的品质。另外采用高压空气打眼孔，可使药体层更加卫生。

实施例1：
如图1所示，本实施例描述的高压在线吹气孔装置，它包括一个主动辊2和一个从动辊1，主动辊2和从动辊1处于同一高度，主动辊2与电动机7传动连接，在主动辊2和从动辊1的中间位置设有吹气装置3，吹气装置3为长条形结构，在吹气装置3上与贴布8运动方向垂直的方向设有一排吹气孔4，在吹气装置3的内部与吹气孔4对应位置处设有开闭阀门5，开闭阀门5与脉冲控制器6连接，脉冲控制器6可控制开闭阀门5的间歇性开闭；所述的吹气孔4为圆形，且孔径为0.1mm，相邻的两个吹气孔4之间的距离为0.1mm；所述的吹气装置3内部的气压为10Kg/cm2。

1.一种高压在线吹气孔装置，其特征是：它包括一个主动辊和一个从动辊，主动辊和从动辊处于同一高度，主动辊与电动机传动连接，在主动辊和从动辊的中间位置设有吹气装置，吹气装置为长条形结构，在吹气装置上与贴布运动方向垂直的方向设有一排吹气孔，在吹气装置的内部与吹气孔对应位置处设有开闭阀门，开闭阀门与脉冲控制器连接，脉冲控制器可控制开闭阀门的间歇性开闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压在线吹气孔装置，其特征是：所述的吹气孔为圆形，且孔径为0.1mm，相邻的两个吹气孔之间的距离为0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高压在线吹气孔装置，其特征是：所述的吹气装置内部的气压为10Kg/cm2。
