Abstract
本实用新型提供一种用于治疗踇外翻的截骨导向模板,包括V形光敏树脂板,其特征在于:构成所述V形光敏树脂板的两侧臂为长臂和短臂,在长臂的中间开设有长条形的上凹槽,在短臂的中间开设有长条形的下凹槽,长臂和短臂之间连接有弧形连接臂,在连接臂上等间距的开设有三个固定孔,所述长臂和短臂之间的夹角为45°,所述三个固定孔相邻两固定孔之间的夹角为10°,避免了徒手技术的“经验医学”的不准确性;设计的长短臂,有利于背侧长斜形截骨面,这样截骨面接触面积更大,截骨更稳定,也有利于内固定,符合生物力学的稳定;弧形的连接臂中间等间距开设有三个克氏针固定孔,可术中依照第一跖骨的大小,灵活的选择截骨的角度,适应范围更广。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及骨科手术辅助器材技术领域,具体涉及一种用于治疗踇外翻的截骨导向模板。
背景技术
踇外翻是足部常见疾病,目前常用的手术方式为软组织松解联合跖骨截骨内移再用螺钉固定,通常是用摆锯进行V型截断,然后向外平移纠正恢复踇外翻角,现有术中常用截骨角度与平面依靠术者经验。目前只能徒手凭感觉调整角度,但徒手截骨准确性太低,无法精确控制,由于截骨角度及平面异常易造成手术并发症及医源性损伤发生,现有技术中如申请号为“201320210645.9”名称为“一种用于治疗踇外翻的改良辅助截骨设备”的实用新型专利,能够避免徒手操作的不可控性,但是该设备两侧边长度相同而且角度不可调整,仍不能完全满足手术的需要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型根据现有技术的不足提供一种用于治疗踇外翻的截骨导向模板,能够准确定截骨方向及角度,操作简单,定位精确,安全科学有效。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种用于治疗踇外翻的截骨导向模板,包括V形光敏树脂板,其特征在于:构成所述V形光敏树脂板的两侧臂为长臂和短臂,在长臂的中间开设有长条形的上凹槽,在短臂的中 间开设有长条形的下凹槽,长臂和短臂之间连接有弧形连接臂,在连接臂上等间距的开设有三个固定孔,所述长臂和短臂之间的夹角为45°,所述三个固定孔相邻两固定孔之间的夹角为10°。
所述V形光敏树脂板的厚度为0.5㎝。
所述长臂长度为4㎝,所述短臂的长度为2.5㎝。
所述上凹槽的纵向槽内壁平行,所述纵向槽内壁的所在平面与长臂所在平面的夹角为0°。
所述下凹槽的纵向槽内壁平行,所述纵向槽内壁的所在平面与短臂所在平面的夹角为0°。
本实用新型的技术效果:由于上下凹槽的纵向槽内壁相对于V形截骨导向模板的长短臂边(截骨时参照的水平面)是没有倾斜角度的,这样在截骨时,所截出的平面与V形截骨导向模板的长短臂边(即截骨时参照的水平面)是平行,能够准确定位截骨方向及角度,避免了徒手技术的“经验医学”的不准确性;同时,设计的长短臂,改良传统等边截骨,有利于背侧长斜形截骨面,这样截骨面接触面积更大,截骨更稳定,也有利于内固定,符合生物力学的稳定;弧形的连接臂中间等间距开设有三个克氏针固定孔,相邻两固定孔间隔10度,可术中依照第一跖骨的大小,灵活的选择截骨的角度,适应范围更广。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明:
如图所示,一种用于治疗踇外翻的截骨导向模板,包括V形光敏树脂板1,其特征在于:构成所述V形光敏树脂板1的两侧臂为长臂2和短臂3,在长臂2的中间开设有长条形的上凹槽4,在短臂3的中间开设有长条形的下凹槽5,长臂2和短臂3之间连接有弧形连接臂6,在连接臂6上等间距的开设有三个固定孔7,所述长臂2和短臂3之间的夹角为45°,所述三个固定孔7相邻两固定孔之间的夹角为10°。
所述V形光敏树脂板1的厚度为0.5㎝。
所述长臂2长度为4㎝,所述短臂3的长度为2.5㎝。
所述上凹槽4的纵向槽内壁平行,所述纵向槽内壁的所在平面与长臂2所在平面的夹角为0°。
所述下凹槽5的纵向槽内壁平行,所述纵向槽内壁的所在平面与短臂3所在平面的夹角为0°。

1.一种用于治疗踇外翻的截骨导向模板,包括V形光敏树脂板(1),其特征在于:构成所述V形光敏树脂板(1)的两侧臂为长臂(2)和短臂(3),在长臂(2)的中间开设有长条形的上凹槽(4),在短臂(3)的中间开设有长条形的下凹槽(5),长臂(2)和短臂(3)之间连接有弧形连接臂(6),在连接臂(6)上等间距的开设有三个固定孔(7),所述长臂(2)和短臂(3)之间的夹角为45°,所述三个固定孔(7)相邻两固定孔之间的夹角为10°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗踇外翻的截骨导向模板,其特征在于:所述V形光敏树脂板(1)的厚度为0.5㎝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗踇外翻的截骨导向模板,其特征在于:所述长臂(2)长度为4㎝,所述短臂(3)的长度为2.5㎝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗踇外翻的截骨导向模板,其特征在于:所述上凹槽(4)的纵向槽内壁平行,所述纵向槽内壁的所在平面与长臂(2)所在平面的夹角为0°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗踇外翻的截骨导向模板,其特征在于:所述下凹槽(5)的纵向槽内壁平行,所述纵向槽内壁的所在平面与短臂(3)所在平面的夹角为0°。
