Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种安全正畸弓丝,包括弧形结构的弓丝主体,弓丝主体上设有突出弓丝主体的凸块,凸块的边缘为圆弧过渡,所述凸块在弓丝主体横截面方向上、且伸出弓丝主体一侧的横截面尺寸为0.6~0.8mm。本实用新型在弓丝主体上设有突出弓丝主体的凸块,在弓丝固定在正畸托槽的槽沟中后,凸块位于相邻两个正畸托槽之间,因凸块和弓丝主体的横向尺寸之和大于正畸托槽的槽沟的横向尺寸,凸块只能在相邻两个正畸托槽之间较小的距离内移动,可以防止弓丝的左右过度滑动;同时,该凸块的边缘为圆弧过渡(较圆钝),也不会刺激口腔黏膜。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种牙科使用的医疗器械,尤其涉及一种安全正畸弓丝。
背景技术
正畸弓丝在正畸治疗中出现左右滑动是一种常见现象,轻度的会刺激口腔黏膜,严重的甚至会导致较严重的创伤。为了改善这种情况,有学者设计了游离止扣,固定到正畸主弓丝上面以防止和减少正畸主弓丝的左右滑动,减少对口腔黏膜的刺激和创伤。但是,固定游离止扣有时会造成主弓丝的变形,并且可能会导致弓丝应力的改变。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本实用新型提供了一种可以防止弓丝的左右过度滑动,同时也不会刺激口腔黏膜的安全正畸弓丝。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种安全正畸弓丝,包括弧形结构的弓丝主体,弓丝主体上设有突出弓丝主体的凸块,凸块的边缘为圆弧过渡,所述凸块在弓丝主体横截面方向上、且伸出弓丝主体一侧的横截面尺寸为0.6~0.8mm。
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案,所述凸块为圆柱状,所述圆柱状的凸块的两端边缘为圆弧过渡。
作为本实用新型的另一种优选方案,所述凸块为圆球形,所述弓丝主体穿过圆球形结构的凸块的中心,圆球形结构的凸块的半径为0.6~0.8mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型在弓丝主体上设有突出弓丝主体的凸块,在弓丝固定在正畸托槽的槽沟中后,凸块位于相邻两个正畸托槽之间,因凸块和弓丝主体的横向尺寸之和大于正畸托槽的槽沟的横向尺寸,凸块只能在相邻两个正畸托槽之间较小的距离内移动,可以防止弓丝的左右过度滑动;同时,该凸块的边缘为圆弧过渡(较圆钝),也不会刺激口腔黏膜。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细地描述。
如图1所示,一种安全正畸弓丝,包括弧形结构的弓丝主体1,弓丝主体1上设有突出弓丝主体1的凸块2,凸块2的边缘为圆弧过渡,凸块2在弓丝主体1横截面方向上、且伸出弓丝主体1一侧的横截面尺寸为0.6~0.8mm。
对于该凸块2的形状,该凸块2既可以为圆柱状,圆柱状的两端边缘为圆弧过渡;该凸块2也可以为圆球形,弓丝主体1穿过圆球形结构的凸块2的中心,圆球形结构的凸块2的半径为0.6~0.8mm。当然,也可采用其他结构形式,只需满足凸块2和弓丝主体1的横向尺寸大于正畸托槽的槽沟的横向尺寸即可,同时,该凸块2的边缘较圆钝,不会刺激口腔黏膜。
使用该安全正畸弓丝时,在弓丝主体1固定在牙齿外的一排正畸托槽的槽沟中后,凸块2位于相邻两个正畸托槽之间,因凸块2和弓丝主体1的横向尺寸之和大于正畸托槽的槽沟的横向尺寸,凸块2只能在相邻两个正畸托槽之间较小的距离内移动,可以防止弓丝的左右过度滑动;同时,该凸块的边缘为圆弧过渡,也不会刺激口腔黏膜。该安全正畸弓丝与使用游离止扣的弓丝相比,操作更简单。

1.一种安全正畸弓丝,其特征在于:包括弧形结构的弓丝主体(1),所述弓丝主体(1)上设有突出弓丝主体(1)的凸块(2),所述凸块(2)的边缘为圆弧过渡,所述凸块(2)在弓丝主体(1)横截面方向上、且伸出弓丝主体(1)一侧的横截面尺寸为0.6~0.8mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全正畸弓丝,其特征在于:所述凸块(2)为圆柱状,圆柱状的凸块(2)的两端边缘为圆弧过渡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全正畸弓丝,其特征在于:所述凸块(2)为圆球形,所述弓丝主体(1)穿过圆球形结构的凸块(2)的中心,圆球形结构的凸块(2)的半径为0.6~0.8mm。
