其技术方案是：主要由树苗、营养种植层、渗透层、吸附层和覆盖层构成；树苗种植在营养种植层里，营养种植层下设渗透层，渗透层下设吸附层，吸附层下设覆盖层。吸附层采用的材料是炉渣，覆盖层采用的材料是塑料布。
采用上述结构后，提供了足够的抗盐碱功能，保证了树树苗的健康成长，提高了树树苗成活率和经济效益，适合普遍推广使用。
