Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种软嘴雾化器,包括硅胶软烟嘴、阻液器、发热丝、雾化杆、烟丝绵、绝缘圈及接头,其特征在于:硅胶软烟嘴借助软烟嘴支架与雾化杆紧配在一起;镍铬合金的发热丝彼此以连接方式整合在一起;所述发热丝为螺旋状,一端与雾化杆连接,另一端与接头连接,中间以硅胶圈绝缘,起到紧固和绝缘的作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电子烟装置,进一步涉及一种电子烟的电子烟的雾化器装置。
背景技术
“吸烟有害健康”倍受关注,但世界仍有亿万烟民,而且还在扩大的趋势不得不引起各界重视。为净化环境,公众场所禁止吸烟也成了人们的共识。于是,市场上出现了有效减少吸烟时烟碱随着香烟燃烧产生的大量焦油雾滴进入肺泡的香烟代用品,诸如“戒烟贴”、“烟碱含漱水”、“包装在有抛射剂的高压气罐喷雾剂”、“烟碱口香糖”、“烟碱饮料”等产品,这些产品虽然没有焦油的危害,但因烟碱吸收缓慢,在血液中不能建立有效的高峰浓度,不能解决需求烟碱“过瘾”的感觉,同时也剥夺了吸烟者已经养成的“抽”、“吸”的习惯,因而类似的产品不能真正的作为戒烟用品或香烟代用品。
同时,更不能解决伏案思考写作者自然的“抽”、“吸”的习惯,因此,本实用新型电子烟装置便能有效解决上述问题。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种同时具有吸、抽功能,且不会产生污染的且使用方便的雾化装置。
本实用新型提供了一种软嘴雾化器,包括硅胶软烟嘴、阻液器、发热丝、雾化杆、烟丝绵、绝缘圈及接头,其中,
硅胶软烟嘴借助软烟嘴支架与雾化杆紧配在一起;
镍铬合金金的发热丝彼此以碰焊方式整合在一起;
所述雾化杆为螺旋状,一端与雾化杆连接,另一端与接头连接,中间以硅胶圈隔开,起到紧固和绝缘的作用;
所述烟嘴为硅胶烟嘴采用硅胶,口感更加舒适。
优选的,其特征在于发热丝由镍铬合金丝和铜丝组成,以螺旋状体现,从而以此替代了发热丝外面套纤维套管的传统做法。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:
(1)雾化杆为螺旋状,一端与雾化杆连接,另一端与接头连接,中间以硅胶圈隔开,起到紧固和绝缘的作用;
(2)于发热丝由镍铬合金丝和铜丝组成,以螺旋状体现,从而以此替代了发热丝外面套纤维套管的传统做法,提高散热性。

具体实施方式
图1和图2所示,新型雾化器装置,包括硅胶软烟嘴1、阻液器10、发热丝5、雾化杆3、烟丝绵9、绝缘圈7及接头6,其中,
硅胶软烟嘴借助软烟嘴支架2与雾化杆3紧配在一起;
镍铬合金金的发热丝5彼此以碰焊方式整合在一起;
所述雾化杆3为螺旋状,具有外铜螺纹环8,一端与雾化杆3连接,另一端与接头连接,中间以硅胶圈4隔开,起到紧固和绝缘的作用;
所述烟嘴为硅胶烟嘴1采用硅胶,口感更加舒适。
优选的,其特征在于发热丝由镍铬合金丝和铜丝组成,以螺旋状体现,从而以此替代了发热丝5外面套纤维套管的传统做法。
本实用新型主要针对雾化器所进行的改进,以上所述仅为本实用新型较佳实施例而已,非因此即局限本实用新型的专利范围,故举凡用本实用新型说明书及图式内容所为的简易变化及等效变换,均应包含于本实用新型的专利范围内。
Claims (2)
1.一种软嘴雾化器,包括硅胶软烟嘴、阻液器、发热丝、雾化杆、烟丝绵、绝缘圈及接头,其特征在于:
硅胶软烟嘴借助软烟嘴支架与雾化杆紧配在一起,让吸烟者有软性感觉;
镍铬合金的发热丝彼此以碰焊方式连接在一起;
所述发热丝为螺旋状,一端与雾化杆连接,另一端与接头连接,中间以硅胶圈隔开。
2.根据权利要求1所述软嘴雾化器,其特征在于:发热丝由镍铬合金丝和铜丝组成,以螺旋状体现。
