Abstract
太阳能制热与保温节能一体化墙板，主要由太阳能板和保温墙板组成。太阳能板和保温墙板通过粘合的方式连接在一起；所述的保温墙板内部设有弯形的水管通道。一体化墙板可通过拼接的方式嵌在建筑物的外部，拼接时保温墙板内部设置的水管也接通；一端设为进水口，另一端设为出水口，外部连接水箱和水循环系统即可。本实用新型将保温板和太阳能热水器结合在一起，充分发挥了保温墙板的利用率，同时也有效的节约了材料，并省出了安装太阳能热水器所需要的空间。

本实用新型涉及保温墙体，尤其涉及太阳能制热与保温节能一体化墙板。
背景技术
墙体保温板可以大量的节约墙体材料，提高墙体保温性能，节约资源，减少环境污染，墙体保温材料主要由无机类、有机类和复合材料类；而现行的保温材料在使用过程中仅能起到保温的作用，其性能比较单一；并且由于保温板位于墙体的外侧，经常受到风吹日晒等环境因素的影响，其使用的寿命并不长，容易出现裂缝、空鼓，脱落等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的太阳能制热与保温节能一体化墙板，增加墙板功能的同时能在一定程度上提高墙板的使用寿命。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案：
太阳能制热与保温节能一体化墙板，主要由太阳能板和保温墙板组成。太阳能板和保温墙板通过粘合的方式连接在一起；所述的保温墙板内部设有弯形的水管通道。
一体化墙板可通过拼接的方式嵌在建筑物的外部，拼接时保温墙板内部设置的水管也接通；一端设为进水口，另一端设为出水口，外部连接水箱和水循环系统即可。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案有以下有益效果：
1、将保温板和太阳能热水器结合在一起，充分发挥了保温墙板的利用率，同时也有效的节约了材料，并省出了安装太阳能热水器所需要的空间。
2、将太阳能板粘合在保温墙板的外侧，在一定程度上对内侧的保温墙板起到了保护作用，增加了保温墙板的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
太阳能制热与保温节能一体化墙板，主要由太阳能板1和保温墙板2组成。太阳能板1和保温墙板2通过粘合的方式连接在一起；所述的保温墙板2内部设有弯形的水管3通道。
一体化保温墙板可通过拼接的方式嵌在建筑物的外部，拼接时保温墙板2内部设置的水管3也接通；水管3的两端连接到储水箱和水循环系统即可。
使用的过程中，先将水注入储水箱，通过水循环系统可将水从储水箱中送入保温墙板2内部的水管3中，水在水管3中循环的过程中被太阳能板1所吸收的热量加热，然后从水管3的另一端返回到水箱中，即完成一次循环的过程，通过控制水循环系统可对储水箱内的水进行多次循环加热。

1.太阳能制热与保温节能一体化墙板，其特征是：它由太阳能板（1）和保温墙板（2）组成，太阳能板（1）和保温墙板（2）通过粘合的方式连接在一起；所述的保温墙板（2）内部设有弯形的水管（3）通道。
