Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种电子烟或烟弹的过热保护装置，其中电子烟的过热保护装置包括：用于驱动电子烟工作的电池、用于控制雾化器的电子烟控制电路模块、用于加热电子烟内的烟油使烟油雾化的雾化器；电池、电子烟控制电路模块和雾化器依次电连接形成加热电回路，在加热电回路上串联一温度保险丝，温度保险丝用于感应环境温度过热时自动熔断，切断所述加热电回路，电池停止对雾化器供电。实施本实用新型，由于温度保险丝串联在电子烟的电路中，对电子烟进行过热保护，当温度到达温度保险丝的熔断温度的时候，温度保险丝熔断，进而切断了电池对雾化器的供电，防止了雾化器的持续加热而导致的吸烟者的烫伤或烧伤，从而提高了电子烟的安全性。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子香烟领域，更具体地说，涉及电子烟或烟弹的过热保护装置。
背景技术
在现有的电子香烟产品中，尤其是一次性的电子香烟和一次性的烟弹，均没有对其进行过热保护。电子香烟包括电池、电子烟控制电路模块和雾化器形成加热回路，一旦电子香烟出现故障（如微控制器死机、电子线路短路等），可能会出现一直加热雾化器直至电池耗尽或者产品烧坏，此时电子烟内部温度会很高，容易引发烫伤或者烧伤，甚至引起火灾。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，针对现有的电子烟产品容易出现因故障导致的内部温度过高而引发的烫伤或烧伤事故，提供一种电子烟或烟弹的过热保护装置以解决上述缺陷。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种电子烟过热保护装置，包括：用于驱动电子烟工作的电池、用于控制雾化器的电子烟控制电路模块、用于加热电子烟内的烟油使烟油雾化的雾化器；电池、电子烟控制电路模块和雾化器依次电连接形成加热电回路，在加热电回路上串联一温度保险丝，温度保险丝用于感应环境温度过热时自动熔断，切断所述加热电回路，电池停止对雾化器供电。
本实用新型的电子烟过热保护装置，温度保险丝连接在电池的正极端和控制电路模块的正电源端之间。。
本实用新型的电子烟过热保护装置，温度保险丝连接在电池的负极端和控制电路模块的负电源端之间。
本实用新型的电子烟过热保护装置，温度保险丝为瓷管型温度保险丝或方壳型温度保险丝。
本实用新型的电子烟过热保护装置，温度保险丝选择熔断温度为50℃至200℃之间的任一种温度保险丝。
本实用新型还提供一种烟弹过热保护装置，包括：
用于与电子烟的控制电路连接的雾化器接口；
用于加热电子烟内的烟油使烟油雾化的雾化器；
用于在雾化器过热时停止对雾化器继续加热的温度保险丝；
雾化器接口的第一端通过温度保险丝连接到雾化器的第一端，雾化器接口的第二端与雾化器的第二端连接。
本实用新型的烟弹过热保护装置，温度保险丝选择熔断温度为50℃至200℃之间的任一种温度保险丝。
本实用新型的烟弹过热保护装置，温度保险丝为瓷管型温度保险丝或方壳型温度保险丝。
实施本实用新型的电子烟或烟弹的过热保护装置，由于温度保险丝串联在电子烟的加热电回路中，对电子烟进行过热保护，当温度到达温度保险丝的熔断温度的时候，温度保险丝熔断，进而切断了电池对雾化器的供电，防止了雾化器的持续加热而导致的吸烟者的烫伤或烧伤，从而提高了电子烟的安全性。

具体实施方式
图1为本实用新型电子烟过热保护装置的功能模块图，具体包括：电池100，用于驱动电子烟内各个组件确保电子烟正常工作；温度保险丝200，用于在检测到温度过高的时候自动熔断，使得电子烟内部的供电电路断开；电子烟控制电路模块300，用于控制电子烟内部的雾化器400；雾化器400用于加热电子烟内的烟油使烟油雾化。在一个优选的连接方式中将温度保险丝200串联在加热电回路中，即将温度保险丝200连接在电池100和控制电路模块300的之间，使电池100、温度保险丝200、电子烟控制电路模块300、雾化器400依次电性连接形成过热保护电路。当然也可以将温度保险丝200设置在靠近雾化器，温度保险丝串联在加热电回路中的位置不限，只要保证过热时可以切断电源即可。
在正常工作的时候，电池100向外输出电流，经过温度保险丝200后，由电子烟控制电路模块300依据设定的参数向雾化器400供电，雾化器将电能转换为热能，将电子烟内的烟油雾化。当电子烟的电路出现问题的时候，可能会出现这样的情况：雾化器400一直持续工作，直至电池100耗尽或者产品烧坏，此时电子烟内部温度会很高，容易引发烫伤或者烧伤，甚至引起火灾；此时由于在本实用新型中接入了温度保险丝200，可以避免上述情况，在本实用新型中，温度保险丝200主要由低温合金组成，在超过一定的温度，例如50℃时，该合金熔断，，从而切断电池100向雾化器400的供电，避免了雾化器400的持续加热。在本实用新型中温度保险丝200的具体熔断温度可以依据温度保险丝200具体在电子烟内的设定位置进行对应选择，例如当温度保险丝200距离雾化器400较远的时候，可以选用较低熔断温度如50℃的温度保险丝200；当温度保险丝200距离雾化器400较近的时候，可以选用较高熔断温度如200℃的温度保险丝200。温度保险丝200的具体形状也可以根据实际电子烟内部的空间需求进行选择，例如温度保险丝选用瓷管型温度保险丝或方壳型温度保险丝。只要保证其内部的低温合金能够正常熔断即可。在熔断温度上可选择熔断温度为50℃至200℃之间的任一种温度保险丝，例如厦门赛尔特的H0温度保险丝，其熔断温度为73±2℃。
图2、3为本实用新型电子烟过热保护装置两则实施例的电路连接方式。电池100的正负极分别接在电子烟控制电路模块300的正电源端和负电源端，并且进一步的将温度保险丝200串接在电池100正极与电子烟控制电路模块300的正电源端之间；或者将温度保险丝200串接在电池100负极与电子烟控制电路模块300的负电源端之间。而雾化器400的一端接在电子烟控制电路模块300的控制输出端上，雾化器400的另一端接在电池100的负极上。
电池100、温度保险丝200、电子烟控制电路模块300、雾化器400组成一个主回路，当温度保险丝200检测到雾化器400的温度到达熔断温度的时候，温度保险丝200内的低温合金熔断，导致主回路断开，电池100将不再向雾化器400提供电能，这样就阻止了雾化器400的持续加热。
一般的，电子烟控制电路模块300至少包括3个接线端，分别为正电源端、负电源端和控制输出端；电子烟控制电路模块300的正，负电源端分别与电池的正负极连接，以从电池100处获得足够电能；控制输出端用于向电子烟的其他用电器件，例如雾化器400等提供合适的电流，以便用电器件的正常工作。如图4所示为一则可选的电子烟控制电路模块300的具体电路连接图。在该电子烟控制电路模块300中，设有输入模块，包括吸烟传感器和按键，用于向微处理器发送启动或暂停工作的信号；微处理器依据接收的启动或暂停信号，导通或截止场效应管（MOS管），以控制流向雾化器400的电流；电子烟控制电路模块300内还包括一个比较器，此比较器的作用是用于加热元件的过流保护；比较器通过比较参考电压与电流流过场效应管（MOS管）内阻上产生的电压进行比较，以确定雾化器400是否过流，通常在过流情况下比较器会输出一个比较结果至微控制器，通过微控制器会关断MOS管，从而切断对雾化器400的电流；若在过流情况下，比较器、微控制器或MOS管发生故障导致过流情况下不能及时切断雾化器400的电流，那么雾化器400仍然会继续加热导致电子烟的温度进一步上升，此时温度保险丝200熔断，切断电池100电压，从而保护了电子烟，保证了吸烟者的安全。
本实用新型还可以对电子烟的烟弹进行保护，该烟弹的过热保护装置包括：用于与电子烟的控制电路的雾化器接口；用于加热电子烟内的烟油使烟油雾化的雾化器400；用于在雾化器400过热时停止雾化器400继续加热的温度保险丝200；雾化器接口的第一端通过温度保险丝200连接到雾化器第一端，雾化器接口的第二端与雾化器的第二端连接。
电子烟的电流从雾化器接口流入烟弹，雾化器400将电流转化为热量，将烟弹内的烟油雾化。若出现电子烟的电流异常，导致雾化器400持续加热，此时雾化器400产生的高温会将温度保险丝200熔断，从而保护烟弹和电子烟。温度保险丝200的具体熔断温度可以依据具体的烟弹类型选择熔断温度为50℃至200℃之间的任一种温度保险丝，温度保险丝具体的形状也可以依据烟弹的外形需要进行选择。
以上仅为本实用新型具体实施方式，不能以此来限定本实用新型的范围，本技术领域内的一般技术人员根据本创作所作的均等变化，以及本领域内技术人员熟知的改变，都应仍属本实用新型涵盖的范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种电子烟过热保护装置，包括用于驱动电子烟工作的电池（100）、用于控制雾化器（400）加热通断的电子烟控制电路模块（300）、和用于加热电子烟内的烟油使烟油雾化的所述雾化器（400），所述电池（100）、电子烟控制电路模块（300）和雾化器（400）依次电连接形成加热电回路，其特征在于，在所述加热电回路上串联一温度保险丝（200），所述温度保险丝（200）用于感应环境温度过热时自动熔断，切断所述加热电回路，所述电池（100）停止对所述雾化器（400）供电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子烟过热保护装置，其特征在于，所述温度保险丝（200）连接在所述电池（100）的正极端和所述控制电路模块（300）的正电源端之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子烟过热保护装置，其特征在于，所述温度保险丝（200）连接在所述电池（100）的负极端和所述控制电路模块（300）的负电源端之间。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的电子烟过热保护装置，其特征在于，所述温度保险丝（200）为瓷管型温度保险丝或方壳型温度保险丝。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电子烟过热保护装置，其特征在于，所述温度保险丝（200）选择熔断温度为50℃至200℃之间的任一种温度保险丝。
6.一种烟弹过热保护装置，其特征在于，包括：
用于与电子烟的控制电路连接的雾化器接口；
用于加热电子烟内的烟油使烟油雾化的雾化器（400）；
用于在所述雾化器（400）过热时停止对所述雾化器（400）继续加热的温度保险丝（200）；
雾化器接口的第一端通过所述温度保险丝（200）连接到所述雾化器（400）的第一端，所述雾化器接口的第二端与所述雾化器（400）的第二端连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的烟弹过热保护装置，其特征在于，所述温度保险丝为瓷管型温度保险丝或方壳型温度保险丝。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电子烟过热保护装置，其特征在于，所述温度保险丝（200）选择熔断温度为50℃至200℃之间的任一种温度保险丝。
