Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种充气产品结构,至少包括上片、环形围带、若干个拉带组及下片,环形围带与上、下片四周固接形成充气腔,各拉带组焊接于上片与下片内表面上;其中各拉带组由一片塑胶薄片及复数根线体构成,该复数根线体间隔均匀同向排布于塑胶薄片中,塑胶薄片沿线体纵向的两端分别固定有一加固片条,各加固片条分别固定复数根线体的端部,而各加固片条两端分别与上片、下片进行焊接。该复数根线体在其长度方向具较佳的拉伸强度,而塑胶薄片对复数根线体具有定位防缠绕的作用,同时配合加固片条可以与充气产品进行较佳的熔接,满足了充气产品内部结构的牵引功能;同时具有降低重量、节约成本及减小充气产品收折体积的功效。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种充气产品结构,特别是指一种重量轻、成本低的充气产品结构。
背景技术
充气产品具有重量轻、易收藏与易携带的特点,不仅在户外用品或玩具中有所应用,现已成为应用为家居产品,如常见的充气产品、充气沙发等等。
而充气产品如要设置为预定的形状,必须依靠其内部的结构而实现。如现有的充气产品有拉带式充气产品,或叫波浪式、直条形、工字形;也有立柱式充气产品,或叫蜂窝形、圆柱形。其名字的来源就是基于其内部拉带构造。
但无论何种形式的充气产品,其内部的拉片均是采用具有一定厚度的PVC片材才可满足产品的受力要求,如一般充气产品、充气沙发等产品的拉带厚度为0.36mm左右,而普通充气水池的拉带厚度为0.38mm左右、夹网充气水池的拉带厚度为0.7-0.8mm,因此该具有一定厚度的PVC片材制成的拉带在使用于充气产品中会存在如下问题:
1、由于内部牵引的拉片为整片且具有一定厚度的PVC片材,无形中增加了整个充气产品的重量。
2、整片的PVC片材占据空间大,因此充气产品放气后折收时的体积相对较大。
3、PVC片材受力有限,充气产品内部气压会令PVC片材产生拉伸变形,故影响充气产品使用寿命,若在PVC片材中增加线芯或是采用夹网片提高拉伸强度,却会产生增加PVC片材重量及材料成本的缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种充气产品结构,其具有强度佳、重量轻、成本低的特点。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:
一种充气产品结构,至少包括上片、环形围带、若干个拉带组及下片,环形围带与上、下片四周固接形成充气腔,各拉带组焊接于上片与下片内表面上;其中:各拉带组由一片塑胶薄片及复数根线体构成,该复数根线体间隔均匀同向排布于塑胶薄片中,塑胶薄片沿线体纵向的两端分别固定有一加固片条,各加固片条分别固定复数根线体的端部,而各加固片条两端分别与上片、下片进行焊接。
所述各加固片条处设置有至少一根顺向加固片条长度方向的加固线。
所述拉带组为线性拉带。
所述拉带组为立柱式拉带,塑胶薄片沿线体纵向的两侧边焊接在一起形成柱体,而塑胶薄片两端的加固片条首尾相焊接。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型的结构可令充气产品具有以下优点:
1、强度佳,由于本实用新型充气产品中的拉带组是由一塑胶薄片结合复数根线体构成,该复数根线体在其长度方向具较佳的拉伸强度,而塑胶薄片对复数根线体具有定位防缠绕的作用,同时配合加固片条可以与充气产品进行较佳的熔接,因此满足了充气产品内部结构的牵引功能。
2、重量轻,由于相对传统较厚的整体片材,该塑胶薄片可以大大降低整个充气产品的重量。
3、成本低,复数根线体、塑胶薄片及加固片条代替了传统整体片材的拉带,大大节约了PVC片材,因而实现了节约成本的功效。
4、收折体积小,因为较薄的塑胶薄片在充气产品放气收折时,可以有效减小其内部拉带的所占空间,以此减小了充气产品的收折体积。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型揭示了一种充气产品结构,其至少包括上片1、下片2、若干个拉带组3及环形围带4,环形围带4与上片1、下片2的四周固接形成充气腔,而各拉带组3焊接于上片1与下片2内表面上;其实用新型的关键在于:各拉带组3由一片塑胶薄片31及复数根线体32构成,该复数根线体32间隔均匀同向排布于塑胶薄片31中,塑胶薄片31沿线体32纵向的两端分别固定有一加固片条33,各加固片条33分别固定复数根线体32的端部,而各加固片条33两端分别与上片1、下片2进行焊接。为提高加固片条33长度方向的抗拉伸强度,在各加固片条33处设置有至少一根顺向加固片条33长度方向的加固线5(参见图1所示)。
如图1、2所示,该实施例中的拉带组3为线性拉带组,则塑胶薄片31及上下两加固片条33为对应床体宽度或长度的条片,上下两加固片条33分别与上片1、下片2进行焊固,而两加固片条33之间由塑胶薄片31及复数根线体32进行连接牵引。
总之,该由塑胶薄片31配合复数根线体32构成的拉带组,可以满足现有整片式线性拉带所能完成的各种焊接形式,如波浪焊接、工字形焊接,Z字形焊接及V字形焊接等等。
如图3、4所示,该实施例中的拉带组3为立柱式拉带组,则上下两加固片条33分别首尾相连接形成圆环,塑胶薄片31沿线体32纵向的两侧边焊接在一起形成柱体。
利用上述的结构,可使本实用新型的充气产品具有以下特点:
1、强度佳,由于本实用新型充气产品中的拉带组是由一塑胶薄片31结合复数根线体32构成,该复数根线体32在其长度方向具较佳的拉伸强度,而塑胶薄片31对复数根线体32具有定位防缠绕的作用,同时配合加固片条33可以与充气产品进行较佳的熔接,因此满足了充气产品内部结构的牵引功能。
2、重量轻,由于相对传统较厚的整体片材,该塑胶薄片31可以大大降低整个充气产品的重量,即塑胶薄片31相对现有拉片的厚度减少20%-40%。
3、成本低,复数根线体32及塑胶薄片31代替了传统整体片材的拉带,大大节约了PVC片材,因而实现了节约成本的功效。
4、收折体积小,因为较薄的塑胶薄片31在充气产品放气收折时,可以有效减小其内部拉带的所占空间,以此减小了充气产品的收折体积。
上述实施例是以充气床结构为例进行说明,并不以此限定本实用新型,凡是具有充气内腔并借助拉片实现定型的结构均属本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种充气产品结构,至少包括上片、环形围带、若干个拉带组及下片,环形围带与上、下片四周固接形成充气腔,各拉带组焊接于上片与下片内表面上;其特征在于:各拉带组由一片塑胶薄片及复数根线体构成,该复数根线体间隔均匀同向排布于塑胶薄片中,塑胶薄片沿线体纵向的两端分别固定有一加固片条,各加固片条分别固定复数根线体的端部,而各加固片条两端分别与上片、下片进行焊接。
2.如权利要求1所述的充气产品结构,其特征在于:各加固片条处设置有至少一根顺向加固片条长度方向的加固线。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的充气产品结构,其特征在于:所述拉带组为线性拉带。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的充气产品结构,其特征在于:所述拉带组为立柱式拉带,塑胶薄片沿线体纵向的两侧边焊接在一起形成柱体。
