技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于外伤伤口的敷料,特别是一种用于感染性伤口换药的蜂蜜敷料。
背景技术
近年来,随着抗生素的广泛应用与滥用,造成伤口菌群失调,致使伤口感染难以控制;特别是近来“超级细菌”在各个国家相继发现,耐药细菌对人们健康构成了严重的威胁,已成为全球性关注的问题。
感染性难愈伤口的传统治疗方法为:传统采用创面清创后常规换药或局部使用抗生素换药,或待创面肉芽新鲜后行植皮术。缺点:临床疗效一直不佳,存在伤口愈合慢、换药时间长、换药工作量大;伤口局部血液供应差,全身使用抗生素难以在伤口局部达到有效浓度,或局部使用抗生素会加速细菌变异产生耐药性,导致伤口感染难以控制或继发其他感染等问题;也加重药物对患者的不良反应及经济负担;近些年来,各种新的治疗手段如新型抗感染敷料、皮肤替代物、生长因子、创面负压治疗技术等应用,因抗感染敷料对一些顽固感染效果差甚至无效,其价格贵,不易得到;同时一些新技术操作复杂、不方便应用等多种因素,既浪费了医疗资源,也增加患者的经济负担。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于感染性伤口换药的蜂蜜敷料,可以抑制或杀灭伤口细菌,促进伤口组织修复生长。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种用于感染性伤口换药的蜂蜜敷料,包括固定层、基底层,所述的基底层上设有蜂蜜层。

具体实施方式
如图1中,一种用于感染性伤口换药的蜂蜜敷料,包括固定层1、基底层2,所述的基底层2上设有蜂蜜层3。所述的固定层1为纱布绷带,带粘胶的纱布等材料,基底层2为无菌纱条。
使用时将新鲜蜂蜜杀菌后,倒入无菌盒内完全浸透无菌纱条制成蜂蜜敷料,室温、置阴凉处备用。使用方法:碘伏消毒伤口及周围皮肤,然后用生理盐水冲洗(以后换药时只需用生理盐水),根据伤口大小裁剪合适的蜂蜜敷料,紧贴伤口覆盖,外用无菌干纱布妥善固定。1次/天,感染控制后,1次/2-3天,直至愈合。
蜂蜜的作用机理及优点:
蜂蜜中的过氧化氢作用∶过氧化氢是蜂蜜的主要物质,已被确认为是细菌的“抑制剂”,且蜂蜜稀释所产生的过氧化氢的有害作用被降低,不会损伤人皮肤中的成纤维细胞,因而对伤口愈合无副作用。
蜂蜜的高渗透性抗菌作用:蜂蜜的抗菌特性是由其高糖成份的渗透性作用所致,且吸收伤口中脓液而起“清创作用”;直接作用于伤口时,在表面形成一层黏性屏障,既避免体液流失,又预防细菌入侵。 蜂蜜的酸性抑菌作用: 研究发现,天然蜂蜜是酸性的PH3.2-4.5,而引起伤口感染的大多数病原菌生长繁殖的适宜PH为7.0-7.5,因此,低浓度蜂蜜有抑菌作用,高浓度蜂蜜有杀菌作用。
蜂蜜刺激淋巴细胞和吞噬细胞活性增强,激活人体对感染的免疫反应;蜂蜜中的抗氧化成分有助于自由基清除,可有效减轻炎症反应。蜂蜜另一个参与组织修复的生长因子是胰岛素;蜂蜜不像其它的典型抗生素,对组织无毒副作用,,还提供组织细胞赖以生存的葡萄糖和氨基酸等营养物质。
