技术背景
宫颈炎是育龄妇女的常见病，有急性和慢性两种。急性宫颈炎常与急性子宫内膜炎或急性阴道炎同时存在，但以慢性宫颈炎多见。主要表现为白带增多，呈粘稠的粘液或脓性粘液，有时可伴有血丝或夹有血丝。目前针对宫颈炎的治疗方法主要是药物灌洗、局部涂药等方法。由于药物灌洗和局部涂药很难将药物长时间停留在病变位置，从而大大地影响了疗效。此外，宫颈手术（激光、冷冻、电烙等）也会造成宫颈损伤，宫颈创面修复也需要一种能够止血、抗菌、消炎、促愈合与修复的手段。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够可吸收防移位的宫颈抗菌膜。该宫颈抗菌膜由化学改性后壳聚糖混合生物相容高分子制成，该宫颈抗菌膜生物相容性优异，无毒、无害、可被人体吸收。适于用器械置入宫颈病变处，能稳定的贴附在病变位置，具有良好的抗菌、消炎、止血、修复创面、促进愈合的作用，同时置于体内后吸收体液逐渐转换成凝胶状并最终溶解，因此无需二次取出。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种防移位宫颈抗菌膜，包括圆形贴面和带通孔的圆柱体，在圆形贴面上表面中心处设有带通孔的圆柱体，圆形贴面和圆柱体一体成型，圆柱体沿轴向有一通孔，使用时圆柱体插入宫颈管，圆形贴面则贴附在宫颈面上。本实用新型的进一步技术方案是：所述圆柱体为中间直径比两端直径大的鼓形柱状，圆柱体外壁波浪形且有良好的弹塑性，从而与宫颈管贴合紧密，具有良好的防移位效果，防止抗菌膜从宫颈处滑出。
