解决上述问题的技术方案是，设计骨伤科用保护肱动脉装置，该装置包括一扁圆柱形硅胶海绵垫，扁圆柱形硅胶海绵垫直径10厘米，扁圆柱形硅胶海绵垫两侧面各设有弹力硅胶带，弹力硅胶带上设有撕拉扣。
使用时，将本实用新型装置的硅胶海绵垫置于腿部受损伤病人的腋下贴近上臂内侧的肱动脉处，用弹力硅胶带绕在上臂并用撕拉扣固定，当病人用腋部、上臂夹住拐杖上端行走时，由于本实用新型装置的硅胶海绵垫的缓冲，最易受到挤压的肱动脉得到保护，不易受到损伤。
本实用新型结构简单、设计新颖、便于制作、成本低廉、便于推广使用。
