Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种卷式膜隔网结构，由多个横向筋和多个纵向筋构成，其中各横向筋是夹置于各纵向筋之间。则隔网与膜元件配合时，横向筋不会与膜面接触，而仅有纵向筋与膜面接触，但是纵向筋与进料方向一致，则料液在进入流道后，隔网不会产生死角，同时横向筋不与膜面接触，起到促进料液湍流作用的同时，增大了膜过滤的面积，既提高了膜过滤的效率，又防止了污染物的沉积，因此，本实用新型的隔网结构改进了现有浓水隔网结构，使隔网横向筋不与膜面接触，避免现有结构的两大缺陷。

技术领域
本实用新型有关一种膜分离技术，特别是指一种卷式膜隔网结构。
背景技术
配合图1、2、3所示，现有国内外卷式膜元件的浓水隔网，无论是菱形隔网还是矩形隔网，其横向筋1均偏向纵向筋2的一边，即横向筋1是和膜面3接触的。这样由横向筋1和纵向筋2构成的隔网与膜面3之间形成的流道在工作时郐存在如下2大缺陷：
1、由于横向筋1和膜面3紧紧接触，导致被横向筋1盖住的膜面3无法和料液接触，从而降低了膜元件的实际可使用面积。
2、由于进料方向与横向筋1之间形成有夹角，横向筋1和膜面3接触的位置形成死角，使得污染物A很容易在该死角位置沉积或卡住，造成不可恢复性污染，同时也降低膜元件可用面积。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种卷式膜隔网结构，其可提高膜元件的使用面积，避免流道中死角的产生，进而防止污染物的沉积。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的解决方案是：
一种卷式膜隔网结构，由多个横向筋和多个纵向筋构成，其中：各横向筋是夹置于各纵向筋之间。
采用上述方案后，由于隔网结构中的各横向筋是位于各纵向筋之间，则隔网与膜元件配合时，横向筋不会与膜面接触，而仅有纵向筋与膜面接触，但是纵向筋与进料方向一致，则料液在进入流道后，隔网不会产生死角，同时横向筋不与膜面接触，起到促进料液湍流作用的同时，增大了膜过滤的面积，即提高了膜过滤的效率，又防止了污染物的沉积，因此，本实用新型的隔网结构改进了现有浓水隔网结构，使隔网横向筋不与膜面接触，避免现有结构的两大缺陷。

具体实施方式
如图4至图6所示，本实用新型揭示的一种卷式膜元件隔网结构，其同样由多个横向筋4与多个纵向筋5构成，关键在于：各横向筋4是夹置于向纵向筋5之间。
则隔网与膜元件配合时，横向筋3不会与膜面6接触，而仅有纵向筋5与膜面6接触，但是纵向筋6与进料方向一致，则料液在进入流道后，隔网不会产生死角，料液中的固形物不宜卡在隔网上引起堵塞。同时横向筋4不与膜面6接触，起到促进料液湍流作用的同时，增大了膜过滤的面积，即提高了膜过滤的效率，在其他条件一样的情况下，可以增加10-20%的实际可用膜面积。
因此，本实用新型的隔网结构改进了现有浓水隔网结构，使隔网横向筋4不与膜面6接触，避免现有结构的两大缺陷。

1.一种卷式膜隔网结构，由多个横向筋和多个纵向筋构成，其特征在于：各横向筋是夹置于各纵向筋之间。
