技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种风扇装置。
背景技术
2009年5月6日公开号为CN 101424278A的中国专利申请(申请号:200810177843.3)公开了一种用于产生空气流的无叶风扇装置,该种风扇包括:基座和安装在所述基座上的喷嘴,基座内设置有用于产生通过所述喷嘴的气流的构件,其构件包括电机和设置在电机轴上的叶轮,其喷嘴具有用于接收来自基座的气流的内部通道和排气口,气流通过所述排气口被喷射,喷嘴关于轴线基本上正交地延伸来限定开口,所述风扇外部的空气通过所述开口被从所述排气口喷射的气流所抽吸。由于该种风扇其叶轮的转动轴与圆柱状基座的对称轴平行,而气流进出叶轮的方向大致为基座的对称轴方向,而叶轮的驱动气流流动的离心力的方向与基座的对称轴大致垂直,因此该种风扇其驱动气流流动的效率很低;另外该种风扇还在叶轮至喷嘴的气流通道上设置扩散器,阻碍了气流的流动,进一步降低了工作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种改进的风扇装置以克服上述现有技术中的缺陷。本实用新型的目的是要提供-种工作效率较高的无叶风扇装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种用于产生空气流的无叶风扇装置,所述风扇包括:基座和安装在所述基座上的喷嘴,所述基座容纳用于产生通过所述喷嘴的气流的构件,所述喷嘴包括用于接收来自所述基座的气流的内部通道和排气口,气流通过所述排气口被喷射,所述喷嘴关于轴线基本上正交地延伸来限定开口,所述风扇外部的空气通过所述开口被从所述排气口喷射的气流所抽吸,其特征在于,所述构件包括电机和固定于所述电机转动轴上的叶轮,所述叶轮的转动轴与所述轴线大致平行。
优选地,所述叶轮有部分位于所述基座的上端开口处;所述叶轮通常采用离心叶轮;所述叶轮可以采用金属材料来制造,也可以采用塑料材料来制造,还可以采用其它材料来制造。
所述电机可以是内转子电机,也可以是外转子电机;所述电机可以是交流感应电机,直流无刷电机,还可以是其它电机。
所述基座可以采用多种形状,可以大致为圆柱形,也可以部分为圆柱形,还可以其它形状;所述基座可以关于所述轴线对称;所述基座在其侧面可以设置进气口。
所述喷嘴至少限定一个开口,例如可以限定两个以上的开口;其开口的形状可以是多种形状,可以是圆形、椭圆形、圆角矩形,也可以是部分环形,还可以是其它形状。
所述排气口被设置在环绕所述开口的喷嘴的环路壁上,以使所述风扇外部的空气通过所述开口被从所述排气口喷射的气流所有效抽吸。
本实用新型具有如下积极效果:
由于本实用新型的叶轮其转动轴与所述轴线大致平行,其转动时叶轮所产生的离心力能较有效地驱动气流的快速运动并能低损耗地进入喷嘴的内部通道;本实用新型运行时其出风量较大;另外,本实用新型的叶轮其进风口和出风口较大,其气流在叶轮进风口和出风口处所形成的噪音也较低。

具体实施方式
图1是本实用新型的无叶风扇装置的示意图。从图中可见,本实用新型包括:基座1和安装在基座1上的喷嘴2,在基座内设置有用于产生通过喷嘴2的气流的构件,并参考图2,其喷嘴包括内部通道3和排气口4,气流通过排气口4被喷射,喷嘴2关于轴线X基本上正交地延伸来限定开口5,所述风扇外部的空气通过开口5被从排气口4喷射的气流所抽吸,其构件包括电机6和固定于电机转动轴8上的叶轮7,叶轮7为一离心叶轮,其转动轴8与轴线X大致平行,叶轮7有部分位于基座1的上端开口处。在基座1的侧面设置有进风口10,电机6被固定于固定件9上。从图中容易看出,该种结构,其转动时叶轮所产生的离心力能有效地驱动气流的快速运动并能低损耗地进入喷嘴的内部通道。
该种风扇装置使用时,位于基座1内的电机6驱动叶轮7工作,空气可以从位于基座1侧面8的多个进风口10被抽入,经过加速或升压后送入喷嘴2的内部通道3中,并被排气口4喷出并流出开口5,来自周围外部环境的空气通过开口5被排气口4所喷出的气流所卷吸,被喷出的气流和被卷吸的气流结合以产生从喷嘴2向前射出的总气流。
图3示出了本实用新型的无叶风扇装置的另一个实施例。从图中很容易看出,本实施例与图1所示实施例相似,只是本实施例的喷嘴2的结构有所不同。本实施例的喷嘴2具有三个闭合环路,这些环路构成了三个开口5,在靠近三个开口的环路壁上都设置有排气口4。这种结构的喷嘴2有利于获得较为均匀的向前射出的总气流。
尽管已经展示和描述了目前认为是优选的本实用新型的实施例,但显而易见,本领域的技术人员可以进行各种改变和改进,而不背离由所附权利要求书所限定的本实用新型的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于产生空气流的无叶风扇装置,所述风扇包括:基座(1)和安装在所述基座上的喷嘴(2),所述基座容纳用于产生通过所述喷嘴的气流的构件,所述喷嘴包括用于接收来自所述基座的气流的内部通道(3)和排气口(4),气流通过所述排气口被喷射,所述喷嘴关于轴线(X)基本上正交地延伸来限定开口(5),所述风扇外部的空气通过所述开口被从所述排气口喷射的气流所抽吸,其特征在于,所述构件包括电机(6)和固定于所述电机转动轴上的叶轮(7),所述叶轮的转动轴(8)与所述轴线(X)大致平行。
2.如权利要求1所述的无叶风扇装置,其特征在于,所述叶轮有部分位于所述基座的上端开口处。
3.如权利要求1至2之一所述的无叶风扇装置,其特征在于,所述基座的形状大致为柱形。
4.如权利要求1至2之一所述的无叶风扇装置,其特征在于,在所述基座的侧面设置有进气口(10)。
5.如权利要求1至2之一所述的无叶风扇装置,其特征在于,所述电机为外转子电机。
6.如权利要求1至2之一所述的无叶风扇装置,其特征在于,所述电机为内转子电机。
7.如权利要求1至2之一所述的无叶风扇装置,其特征在于,所述电机包括交流感应电机。
8.如权利要求1至2之一所述的无叶风扇装置,其特征在于,所述叶轮为离心叶轮。
9.如权利要求1至2之一所述的无叶风扇装置,其特征在于,所述叶轮为金属材料制作的叶轮。
10.如权利要求1至2之一所述的无叶风扇装置,其特征在于,所述叶轮为塑料材料制作的叶轮。
