本实用新型涉及一种适于半贴壁细胞培养,减少换液过程中细胞流失的细胞培养装置。其由皿盖、内皿和外皿组成,皿盖直径大于外皿直径大于内皿直径,内皿的底壁有两个通水孔,可使液体在内皿和外皿间流动。进行细胞换液时,缓慢提起附有半贴壁细胞的内皿,内皿中的液体会自通水孔流入到外皿中。当外皿更换液体后,重新缓慢放回内皿,外皿中的液体会自通水孔进入内皿。此装置使半贴壁细胞的换液过程更简单、便捷,不会造成大的震动和水流冲击,有效避免了半贴壁细胞在换液过程中的流失。

半贴壁细胞培养皿
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种细胞培养装置,尤其是适于半贴壁细胞培养,减少换液过程中细胞流失的半贴壁细胞培养皿。
二、背景技术
目前,公知的细胞培养皿,都是底面积不同的圆柱状容器。对细胞进行换液时,需通过直接倾倒或用移液器抽吸的方法更换皿中液体。在此过程中,水流会对皿底有一定的冲击,这对一般的贴壁细胞不会造成影响。但半贴壁细胞的贴壁附着能力较差,轻微的震动和水流的冲击都会使其离壁悬浮,随换液过程而流失,最终导致实验出现误差。
三、发明内容
为了克服现有培养皿在换液过程中易造成半贴壁细胞流失的不足,本实用新型提供一种半贴壁细胞培养皿,该培养皿使半贴壁细胞的换液过程更简便,且不易造成细胞的流失。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:半贴壁细胞培养皿由皿盖、内皿和外皿组成,其材料可选用玻璃或聚苯乙烯等。皿盖直径大于外皿直径大于内皿直径,内皿直径可为35毫米、60毫米、100毫米、150毫米等多种规格。内皿的两侧各有一弧形支架,支架的底边略低于内皿的底壁,即单独放置内皿时,支架可以托起内皿,使其底壁不接触桌面。在支架的外侧各有一扶手,可供手抓提起内皿用。在内皿的底壁有两个通水孔,可使液体在内皿和外皿间流动。在每个通水孔的边缘有高约2毫米的孔壁,可防止通水孔周边的细胞在生长过程中沿通水孔掉出内皿。
换液时缓慢提起附有半贴壁细胞的内皿,内皿中的液体会自通水孔流入到外皿中,移开内皿,倾倒出外皿内的液体,再向外皿中加入新的液体,重新缓慢放回内皿,外皿中的液体会自通水孔进入内皿。
本实用新型的有益效果是:使半贴壁细胞的换液过程更简单、便捷,不会造成大的震动和水流冲击,有效避免了半贴壁细胞在换液过程中的流失。

五、具体实施方式
向半贴壁细胞培养皿中接种细胞时,掀开皿盖(1),把含有半贴壁细胞的悬浮液滴入到套有外皿(3)的内皿(2)中,然后盖回皿盖(1),放在适宜条件下培养。一段时间后,大部分细胞会自然沉降黏附于内皿(2)的底壁上。内皿(2)底壁的通水孔(2-3)的边缘有高约2毫米的孔壁(2-4),其可以有效防止通水孔(2-3)周边已贴壁生长的细胞因增殖沿通水孔(2-3)掉出内皿(2)。
待细胞贴壁培养一段时间需要换液时,不必掀开皿盖(1),而直接用手扶住内皿(2)上的扶手(2-2),上提取出盖有皿盖(1)的内皿(2),放置于桌面上,因支架(2-1)的底边略低于内皿(2)的底壁,故内皿(2)的底壁不会接触到桌面而污染。倒空外皿(3)中的液体,加入新的平衡液或培养基,重新放回盖有皿盖(1)的内皿(2)。
在换液过程中,液体可以通过通水孔(2-3)平稳的在内皿(2)和外皿(3)中流动,使半贴壁细胞免受冲击而脱落。

1.一种半贴壁细胞培养皿,其特征在于:由皿盖、内皿和外皿组成,皿盖直径大于外皿直径大于内皿直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半贴壁细胞培养皿,其特征在于:内皿的两侧各有一弧形支架,支架的外侧各有一扶手;内皿的底壁有两个通水孔,每个通水孔的边缘均有高约2毫米的孔壁。
