一种电热发香器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于室内加香的技术领域，尤其指一种采用发热电路实现香味散发的微型电热发香器。
背景技术
目前市场上，已经存在有许多种类的用于室内的加香装置，比如液体加香装置、芳香盒等，现有的这些加香装置在安全环保性能、加香效果以及时间方面都存在一些缺陷。对于液体加香装置，它是通过加热液体状香精而使其散发香味，这种液体加香装置在挥发不佳时，香精会渗漏而腐蚀瓶体或装置的壳体，有时甚至滴落到地面而腐蚀地毯或地板，给人们带来麻烦，而且使用过程中，装置被意外打翻后，液体容易流出而污染其他物品，不够清洁环保，使用燃点低的液体香精也存在易着火的安全隐患，其安全性能不佳。而对于芳香盒，其内放置有胶体或纸质的香片，它是依靠香片直接散发而散布香味，其散发的香味时浓时淡，不够稳定，留香时间短，且使用寿命也较短。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状，提供一种采用发热电路加热香块而使其散发香味的电热发香器，其体积小巧、卫生环保、安全性能好，而且散香持久，使用寿命较长。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：该电热发香器，包括由顶盖和底座形成的外壳以及设置在外壳内的香块，其中，所述顶盖开有透气孔，其特征在于：还包括一发热装置，所述香块与该发热装置中的发热元件相贴近。
其中，上述发热装置中的发热元件可以设置在底座之上，这样，香块底部可以直接与该发热元件表面相贴近，香块受热较快，发香较浓。
但为使产品结构更加简单，更易于加工制造，所述发热装置可以包括有插脚和与该插脚串联的电阻，其中，所述电阻一体注塑的设置在底座内，该电阻即成为所述的发热元件，所述香块就位于该底座的表面之上。这样，电阻发热而将热量传递到底座之上，香块底面都与底座表面相贴近，两者接触面较大，从而使香块受热均匀，散发的香气更均匀、持久，非常实用。而且，电阻与底座一体注塑成型，两者形成一体件，与电阻串联一起的插脚也牢靠的固定在底座上，使得产品的生产加工工艺更加简单，产品更加安全。
上述电阻可以采用碳膜电阻等发热较低的电阻，使香块温度保持在55℃～75℃即可。
为增强香块的散发强度，所述香块外表面可以开设有多个缝隙，这样香块表面暴露的面积更加大，增大其挥发面。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：采用发热装置加热香块而使其稳定的挥发出香味，散香更持久，使用寿命较长，而且该电热发香器摈弃了液体加香装置的弊端，体积小巧、卫生环保、安全性能好，适合家庭、宾馆、办公、娱乐场所及汽车使用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1、图2和图3所示，该电热发香器，包括由顶盖1和底座2形成的外壳、设置在外壳内的香块3和一发热装置4；
其中，所述顶盖1开有透气孔11；
所述香块3外表面开设有多个缝隙31；
所述发热装置4包括有插脚41和与该插脚41串联的电阻42，所述电阻42一体注塑的设置在所述底座2内，插脚41连上电源后，与电阻42一起构成一完整发热回路，该电阻42即成为发热装置4中的发热元件；
外壳内的香块3就位于该底座2的表面之上，从而使香块3与该热装置4中的发热元件相贴近。
插脚41连接上电源后，电阻42发热，其热量传递到底座2之上，底座2上的香块3受热而挥发出香味，最后从顶盖1上的透气孔11散布到室内空气中。

Claims (3)

1、一种电热发香器，包括由顶盖(1)和底座(2)形成的外壳以及设置在外壳内的香块(3)，其中，所述顶盖(1)开有透气孔(11)，其特征在于：还包括一发热装置(4)，所述香块(3)与该发热装置(4)中的发热元件相贴近。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电热发香器，其特征在于：所述发热装置(4)包括有插脚(41)和与该插脚(41)串联的电阻(42)，其中，所述电阻(42)一体注塑的设置在所述底座(2)内，该电阻(42)即为所述的发热元件，所述香块(3)就位于该底座(2)的表面之上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的电热发香器，其特征在于：所述香块(3)外表面开设有多个缝隙(31)。
