Abstract

一种生产双十字形纤维的喷丝板。它的喷丝微孔为双十字形,两个十字大小尺寸可以相同或不同。熔体流汇入喷丝板导孔中,经喷丝板底部微孔喷出后,形成横截面为双十字形状的纤维。采用这种构造的喷丝板,形成纤维截面类似双十字形状,具有六沟槽,提高了纤维的吸湿排汗物理特性。

生产双十字形纤维的喷丝板
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生产高吸湿排汗纤维的喷丝板,尤其是能生产并列双十字形纤维的喷丝板。
背景技术
天然纤维具备吸湿排汗效果的原因是因为其纤维截面是带沟槽的多边形,其沟槽起到吸附水份和透气的功效。具有吸湿排汗效果的合成纤维正是在天然纤维的仿生启发下研制成功的,这类纤维横截面通常设计成三叶形或十字形,此类合成纤维的生产是将聚合物熔体流经熔体通道,喂入喷丝板,经喷丝板导孔,最后经喷丝板底部微孔喷出,生成纤维。通常技术是将喷丝板底部喷出的微孔设计成三叶形或十字形,所生产出的纤维的横截面如图1、图2所示。图1所示纤维横截面具有三个沟槽,图2所示纤维横截面具有四个沟槽。图1和图2所示的纤维均具有合成纤维的快干、洗可穿性,但是吸湿排汗、舒适性能略感不足。
发明内容
为了提高合成纤维的吸湿排汗特性,本实用新型提供一种生产并列双十字形纤维的喷丝板,可稳定生产出高吸湿排汗特性的双十字形纤维。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:熔体流汇入喷丝板导孔中,经喷丝板底部喷出微孔喷出,喷出微孔是两个并排的十字,两个并排的十字孔的大小可相同或不同。熔体流经十字形微孔后喷出,在出喷丝板后,纤维的横截面为双十字形状。喷丝板多个导孔对应从多个喷丝微孔中喷出多根单纤维,形成纤维束。
本实用新型的有益效果是:单丝截面形状为并排两个大小相同的十字形或并排两个大小不同的的十字形,形成纤维截面类似双十字形状,具有六沟槽,提高了丝的吸湿排汗物理特性。。

具体实施方式
如图4所示,熔体经汇入喷丝板1的导孔2,经喷丝微孔3喷出,在出喷丝板时,形成单纤维截面形状为双十字形,如图3所示。喷丝微孔3是由两个并排十字孔组成,如图7所示。两个并排的十字喷丝微孔的大小不同或相同。

2.根据权利要求1所述的生产双十字形纤维的喷丝板,其特征是:喷丝微孔形状为并排连接的双十字。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生产双十字形纤维的喷丝板,其特征是:喷丝微孔为并排连接的双十字孔,两个十字孔的大小尺寸可以相同或不同。
