Abstract
一种新生儿脐带结扎与护理训练模型，主要由新生儿模型、模拟脐带(3)、弹簧夹(4)和方便操作的背部窗体(5)所构成，其特征是：通过弹簧夹将模拟脐带固定在新生儿模型的腹壁上，模拟脐带可以反复进行结扎练习，提供了一种仿真的新生儿脐带结扎的护理训练模型，使学生可反复在其上进行脐带结扎及新生儿脐带结扎护理。背部的窗体用于操作弹簧夹和更换模拟脐带。

本实用新型涉及医学教学仪器，尤其涉及一种新生儿脐带结扎与护理操作训练的训练模型。
背景技术
脐带是连接胎儿与母体的一条纽带，其内有脐动脉、脐静脉组成。胎儿娩出后要迅速与母体分离，建立自身的呼吸与循环。在临床医学中，快捷准确地为胎儿结扎脐带是妇产科医生、助产士应具备的一项基本专科技术操作。为减少医疗纠纷、为临床培养合格的助产人员，在学校实训室中掌握技术熟练、动作准确的基本技能势在必得。现有国内同类产品，只模拟出脐带的基本外形，结构简单，不足之处是不适宜练习结扎，造价高，脐带外形不逼真，不宜形成正确概念，工艺也较粗糙。
发明内容
为了使助产、护理专业学生练习新生儿脐带结扎与护理操作，提供一种仿真的新生儿脐带结扎与护理的训练模型，使学生可反复在其上进行脐带结扎及新生儿脐带结扎后护理，快速准确地掌握该项专科基本技能是本实用新型的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它主要由新生儿模型、模拟脐带、弹簧夹和方便操作的背部窗体构成。其新生儿模型的特征是模拟了正常新生儿的大小，在其腹壁脐部正中留有一孔，可供模拟脐带穿过。其模拟脐带的特征是模拟了正常脐带的两条动脉一条静脉的结构，静脉的腔为空心的，可供穿刺练习，且柔软程度接近真实，包绕动静脉的脐带外皮外形逼真，手感真实。弹簧夹放于新生儿模型腹壁内侧，其作用是将模拟脐带固定在模型的固定位置上，且固定模拟脐带露出腹部的长度，通过松开弹簧夹可以调节模拟脐带露出腹壁的长度。模型背部有一可以打开的窗体，用于操作弹簧夹和更换模拟脐带。
本实用新型的使用方法及效果：模型的造型为带有脐带的仰卧位的正常新生儿；采用弹簧夹在腹壁内侧固定模拟脐带，使学生在操作练习时既可以起到固定，又可以向外牵拉，便于反复操作练习。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，本实用新型模拟了一新生儿脐部模型，打开模型背部的窗体(5)，将一模拟脐带(3)的一端从模型的腹部脐孔(1)处穿出，其他部分盘曲在腹内。使用时将模拟脐带(3)露出在腹部的部分抽出一定的长度，将弹簧夹(4)固定，关上背部窗体(5)，即可以进行脐带结扎、剪断的训练。再次使用时，打开模型背部窗体(5)，将松开弹簧夹(4)，把模拟脐带(3)再往外抽出到合适的长度，再将弹簧夹(4)固定，关上背部窗体(5)，即可以继续进行操作。整根脐带使用完毕后，打开模型背部窗体(5)，可以进行模拟脐带更换。

1、一种新生儿脐带结扎与护理训练模型，主要由后背带有开窗的新生儿模型、模拟脐带、弹簧夹和背部窗体所构成，其特征是：在新生儿模型的模拟脐带模拟真实脐带的外型和质感，模拟脐带可以反复进行脐带结扎护理的练习。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新生儿脐带结扎与护理训练模型中的模拟脐带，其特征是由2根脐动脉、1根脐静脉组成。
