背景技术
据调查显示,目前世界上大部分的妇女患有不同程度的妇科炎症,而妇女在经期中,由于体内荷尔蒙的改变,使阴道内的酸性减弱,再加上卫生巾的透气性不好,阴道内局部空气流通不畅,成了细菌培养基,容易使阴部感染白色念珠菌等,以致阴部搔痒,尤其是当遇到天气闷热潮湿时更为严重,同时排出的经血还会散发出异味,严重影响女性的正常生活和工作,因此卫生巾在抗炎、除臭方面的功效越来越受到人们的普遍关注。在解决卫生巾的抗炎、除臭问题上,目前比较常见的做法是在卫生巾中直接添加抗炎类药物,这样此种卫生巾在使用时,药物会直接作用于阴道外侧及周边部位,可能会使接触部位过敏或产生其它一些副作用或不适感,加之被经血污染后,其上的药物的疗效也不能很好的发挥因此这样的卫生巾不适合广泛推广应用。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有良好的杀菌、抗炎、除臭功能且无刺激作用的一种远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案得以实施:
本实用新型的远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫,其为多层复合结构,其各层自上而下依次包含网面层、吸水层、防水膜层、胶粘剂层,各层粘合固联在一起,其特征在于:它还包括花草精华层和远红外负离子纤维层且两层紧贴在一起,所述的花草精华层为经萃取的花草精华液浸泡的纸/布层;所述的远红外负离子纤维层是将能激发空气负离子的纳米级的矿物质粉末做成的负离子母粒和能激发出远红外线的纳米级的矿物质粉末做成的远红外母粒,与聚物载体或纺丝液按一定比例混合纺制而得的;,其中负离子母粒和远红外母粒的添加量各占总量的8-10%。
所述能激发空气负离子的纳米级的矿物质粉末是纳米级的电气石微粉,所述能激发出远红外线的纳米级的矿物质粉末是纳米级的远红外陶瓷微粉,该远红外负离子纤维层能自动释放负离子和远红外线;远红外负离子纤维与表面涂覆改性法相比,这种纤维产生远红外线、负离子的耐久性更好;远红外母粒在于人体接触遇湿时,可以发出远红外线,发出的远红外线可穿透人体皮下组织,促进人体的微循环系统和新陈代谢,提高人体免疫力;负离子还有优良的杀菌功能,其中负氧离子具有较高的活性,能破坏细菌的细胞膜或细胞原生质活性酶的活性,且负离子与细菌结合后,可使细菌病毒产生结构的改变或能量的转换,导致细菌病毒的死亡不再形成新的菌种,从而达到抗菌杀菌及防止各种妇科疾病的目的。负离子面料具有与肌肤接触柔软、耐水洗性好、负离子发生效果明显等优点,尤其添加了红外线放射物质的远红外负离子纤维,其产生的负离子及红外线能促进人体血液循环,帮助睡眠,更增强了产品的保健效果,因此,将其用在卫生巾及护垫上可促进阴道周围微循环加快,生物酶增多,增加阴道内酸性分泌物,调整PH值,对女性的身体健康非常有益。
所述的花草精华液是从百合3~8份、金银花8~14份、菊花3~8份、牡丹4~9份、月季花3~8份、丁香2~6份、橙花3~8份、款冬花1~6份、荷花3~8份、茉莉花8~16份、玫瑰花5~10份、芍药6~10份、合欢花3~8份、黄梅花3~6份、薄荷5~12份、甘草4~10份、艾叶草3~8份、菖蒲4~8份、薰衣草3~12份、香茅草2~10份中萃取而得到混合精华液,再经稀释1000倍而得,该花草精华液具有抗菌、消炎、健肤的功效,并由于该精华液具有辅助负离子材料更好提升含氧量的作用,更为突出地体现了健康的理念。
该远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫还包括中药精华层,所述的中药精华层为经萃取的中药精华液浸泡的纸/布层。
所述的中药精华液是由生地5~12份、玄参8~16份、当归4~8份、银花8~16份、连翘5~12份、黄芩5~12份、赤芍4~8份、丹皮5~12份、茯苓皮5~12份、甘草1~5份、苦参6~15份、蛇床子12~18份、地肤子12~18份、白鲜皮12~18份、川椒4~8份、青盐1~4份,通过熬煮、过滤、提纯的方式提取的,此精华液对于妇女外阴瘙痒、白带异常、阴道炎有非常显著的疗效。
所述的吸水层中添加有纳米银和竹醋或竹炭,所述纳米银粒径Max20nm,添加0.01~5份,竹醋0.1~10份或竹炭0.1~10份,吸水层的附着物上纳米银的银量为1~400μg/cm2。纳米银具有长效性、广谱性、抗菌性强、稳定性好,遇水功效更强而且无毒、对环境无污染的特点,其更重要的一点是其具有释放远红外的特性,其与远红外负离子纤维层在卫生巾及其护垫中的配合使用,杀菌、抗炎、除臭的效果更显著;竹醋中所含的醇类物质能清洁皮肤,并有杀菌消毒的作用,因此竹醋可起到抑菌、止痒、清除臭作用;竹炭竹炭中含有的乙酸、乙醚、酒精等成份可消除异味,抗菌吸湿。

所述的胶粘剂层为条纹间断式胶粘剂层,该设计会增强透气感。
所述的花草精华层位于中药精华层之上,可以阻挡中药与人体接触时的刺激。

所述的中药精华层的长、宽分别占该卫生巾及护垫总长、宽的1/2~2/3,且其位于该卫生巾及护垫的中央位置,可起到集中用药的作用,并可以节省原料。
远红外负离子复合卫生巾的两侧边缘处还有两侧翼,远红外负离子复合护垫的两侧边缘处可以有侧翼,也可以没有。
以上所述纳米级是指直径尺寸不大于10亿分之一米。

实施例1:如图1、2所示的远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫为多层复合结构,其各层自上而下依次为网面层1、花草精华层2、远红外负离子纤维层3、中药精华层4、吸水层5、防水膜层6、胶粘剂层7,各层粘合固联在一起。
所述的花草精华层2为经萃取的花草精华液浸泡的无纺布层,该花草精华液是从百合5份、金银花9份、菊花4份、牡丹6份、月季花5份、丁香2份、橙花4份、款冬花5份、荷花6份、茉莉花10份、玫瑰花8份、芍药7份、合欢花4份、黄梅花5份、薄荷8份、甘草6份、艾叶草5份、菖蒲6份、薰衣草8份、香茅草6份中萃取而得到混合精华液,再经稀释1000倍而得,该花草精华液具有抗菌、消炎、健肤的功效,并由于该精华液具有辅助负离子材料更好提升含氧量的作用;所述的中药精华层4为经萃取的中药精华液浸泡的无纺布层,该中药精华液是由生地9份、玄参12份、当归6份、银花12份、连翘9份、黄芩9份、赤芍6份、丹皮9份、茯苓皮9份、甘草3份、苦参10份、蛇床子15份、地肤子15份、白鲜皮15份、川椒6份、青盐2份,通过熬煮、过滤、提纯的方式提取的,此精华液对于妇女外阴瘙痒、白带异常、阴道炎有非常显著的疗效。

实施例3:如图1、2的远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫为多层复合结构,其各层自上而下依次为网面层1、花草精华层2、远红外负离子纤维层3、中药精华层4、吸水层5、防水膜层6、胶粘剂层7,各层粘合固联在一起。
所述的花草精华层2为经萃取的花草精华液浸泡的膨化棉片层,该花草精华液是从百合3份、金银花8份、菊花3份、牡丹4份、月季花3份、丁香2份、橙花3份、款冬花1份、荷花3份、茉莉花8份、玫瑰花5份、芍药6份、合欢花3份、黄梅花3份、薄荷5份、甘草4份、艾叶草3份、菖蒲4份、薰衣草3份、香茅草2份中中萃取而得到混合精华液,再经稀释1000倍而得,该花草精华液具有抗菌、消炎、健肤的功效,并由于该精华液具有辅助负离子材料更好提升含氧量的作用;所述的中药精华层4为经萃取的中药精华液浸泡的膨化棉片层,该中药精华液是由生地5份、玄参8份、当归4份、银花8份、连翘5份、黄芩5份、赤芍4份、丹皮5份、茯苓皮5份、甘草1份、苦参6份、蛇床子12份、地肤子12份、白鲜皮12份、川椒4份、青盐1份,通过熬煮、过滤、提纯的方式提取的,此精华液对于妇女外阴瘙痒、白带异常、阴道炎有非常显著的疗效。
所述的远红外负离子纤维层3是将能激发空气负离子的纳米级的电气石微粉做成的负离子母粒和能激发出远红外线的纳米级的远红外陶瓷微粉做成的远红外母粒,添加到聚物载体或纺丝液中混合纺制而得的,其中负离子母粒和远红外母粒的添加量各占总量的8%,该远红外负离子纤维层3能自动释放负离子和远红外线。
吸水层5中添加有纳米银和竹炭,纳米银粒径Max20nm,添加剂0.01份,竹炭0.1份,吸水层的附着物上纳米银的银量为5μg/cm2。

实施例7:如图4所示,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,该远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫,其各层自上而下依次为网面层1、远红外负离子纤维层3、花草精华层2、中药精华层4、吸水层5、防水膜层6、胶粘剂层7。
实施例8:如图5所示,本实施例与实施例7的不同之处在于其省略了中药精华层4。
本实用新型不限于以上实施方式,只要是说明书中提及的方案均是可以实施的。
Claims (7)
1.远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫,其为多层复合结构,其各层自上而下依次包含网面层、吸水层、防水膜层、胶粘剂层,各层粘合固联在一起,其特征在于:它还包括花草精华层和远红外负离子纤维层且两层紧贴在一起,所述的花草精华层为经萃取的花草精华液浸泡的纸/布层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫,其特征在于:它还包括中药精华层,所述的中药精华层为经萃取的中药精华液浸泡的纸/布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫,其特征在于:所述的纸/布为卫生纸、无纺布或膨化棉片。
4.根据权利要求2所述的远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫,其特征在于:所述的花草精华层位于中药精华层之上。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫,其特征在于:所述的花草精华层位于远红外负离子纤维层之上。
6.根据权利要求2或4所述的远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫,其特征在于:
所述的中药精华层的长、宽分别占该卫生巾及护垫总长、宽的1/2~2/3,且其位于该卫生巾及护垫的中央位置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的远红外负离子复合卫生巾及护垫,其特征在于:所述的花草精华层位于中药精华层之上。
