本实用新型属于医疗器械技术领域，具体地说是一种宫腔压迫止血器。
背景技术
产后大出血是产科常见病、也是多发病。该病发病急、病情凶险，严重时可导致病人死亡。其发病原因主要是宫缩乏力，造成胎盘剥离面出血。目前，在治疗上主要是用药物促进宫缩和在子宫腔内填塞纱布来压迫止血，严重者还需要进行子宫切除。填塞纱布压迫止血法，虽然可行，但操作困难，子宫腔内压力不均匀，容易形成死腔，导致压迫止血失败。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述的不足，提供一种在进行子宫腔内压迫止血时，能使子宫腔内受力均匀，不至于出现死腔的宫腔压迫止血器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该宫腔压迫止血器由水囊、注水管、单向进液阀、注射器接口组成，水囊外壁敷有止血海绵，注水管上设有压力表，注水管的一端在水囊内，另一端螺纹连接在带有注射器接口的单向进液阀上。
使用时，把注水管前端的水囊放入宫腔内，将注射器乳头插在注射器接口上向水囊内注入生理食盐水，水囊便随子宫形状膨胀，使子宫内壁均匀受压，压迫血窦而止血；同时水囊外敷的海绵也因水囊的膨胀而与子宫内壁均匀紧密的接触，由于海绵上含有止血药物，可增加水囊压迫的止血作用。使用完毕后旋转单向进液阀，使单向进液阀与注水管脱离，放出水囊中的生理食盐水，将水囊取出即可。
本实用新型的优点：结构简单，使用方便，压迫止血效果可靠，对于严重出血的病人，可避免因止血措施不利而导致的子宫切除；压力表显示其宫腔内压力的大小，防止压力过大损伤子宫。
